By subscribing to IGNOU Saathi Premium, you agree to the terms set out in this policy. All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay, an RBI-authorized payment gateway.

🔙 7-Day Refund Guarantee

To request a refund within the 7-day window:

• Email us at sales@shrichakradhar.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
• Include your registered email address and payment details (Razorpay transaction ID or order ID)
• Our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase

No questions asked. We want you to be completely satisfied with the service.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of first payment
• Subsequent monthly renewal charges (only the first payment is covered under the 7-day guarantee)
• Partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle after the 7-day period
• Cases where the service was used extensively (more than 25 queries) before requesting a refund
• Refund requests due to issues caused by the user's own device, internet connection, or browser

🔁 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time — no cancellation fees apply.

• Clearly mention "Subscription Cancellation" along with your registered contact details
• Cancellation will be processed within 24-48 hours of your request
• After cancellation, no further charges will be made to your account
• Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle
• After the billing cycle ends, your access will revert to the free plan (5 questions)

🔄 Subscription Renewal

IGNOU Saathi Premium is a monthly subscription that renews automatically on the same date each month.

• Renewal charges of ₹29 will be automatically debited from your payment method on your renewal date
• You will receive a reminder before each renewal (if email is provided during payment)
• If a renewal payment fails, your premium access will be paused until payment is completed
• To avoid renewal charges, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date

💳 Refund Processing Timeline

• Approval: Refund requests are reviewed within 1-2 business days
• Processing: Once approved, the refund is initiated within 2-3 business days
• Credit: Refunded amount appears in your account within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
• UPI refunds: Usually credited within 1-3 business days
• Card refunds: Usually credited within 5-7 business days
