QUICK ANSWER
The IGNOU MAEDU project is MESP-001 Dissertation (also written MESP 1, MESP001), a 10-credit research course done in the second year of the MA (Education). You prepare a research proposal with an approved guide, send it with the signed Proforma for Approval (Handbook Appendix IX, page 55) to the Regional Director of your Regional Centre, and write the dissertation only after approval. After evaluation, a viva-voce is held at the Regional Centre; Regional Centre guidance weights the report 70 per cent and the viva 30 per cent.
Seven facts most MAEDU project pages miss
- The official Handbook already contains two sample proposals. Appendix I is a descriptive survey of IGNOU B.Ed student teachers; Appendix II is an experimental study of a face-to-face workshop. Most “sample PDF” searches end at copies that are neither official nor current.
- The synopsis goes to the Regional Director, not the Study Centre. Appendix III says the Regional Director sends it back “after getting it approved by an expert in Education”, and note (ii) on the page 55 proforma repeats the route.
- The format rule is 12 pt, not a word count. Appendix IV asks for typing in double space, on one side, “12 pt. in A-4 size (29 x 20 cm) paper”. It names no typeface and the Handbook sets no word or page limit, so “Times New Roman” and “10,000 to 12,000 words” rules have no IGNOU source.
- The declaration covers your own old work too. In Appendix VI you declare that no chapter is lifted “from any earlier work done by others or me”, so reusing an earlier assignment or project counts.
- A guide must come from the approved list. Appendix III says choose “a guide from the approved list of guides” and get the proposal approved by that guide; IGNOU RC Delhi-3 adds that the guide must be approved by the School of Education. Degree-and-years checklists online do not come from IGNOU.
- The viva follows evaluation and counts. Appendix III holds the viva at the Regional Centre after the dissertation is evaluated; IGNOU RC Cochin’s briefing weights it 30 per cent and asks for at least a C grade in the report and the viva separately.
- Approval time depends on your Regional Centre. In approved proformas we have seen, the gap between signing and approval ran from about five weeks to about seven months.

Objectives of the IGNOU MA Education Dissertation Work (MESP-001)
MESP-001 is the practical half of Group C, “Courses on Knowledge Generation in Education”. The theory sits in MES-016 Educational Research (6 credits, first year); the dissertation (10 credits) asks you to use that theory in one complete study. The Handbook states that after working through it you should be able to:
- identify a research problem for dissertation work;
- evaluate the feasibility, suitability and significance of the problem;
- formulate questions related to the different components of a research proposal;
- describe the components of a research proposal;
- prepare a research proposal;
- execute the research proposal; and
- write the research report in the form of a dissertation.
The programme’s own aims explain the weight given to the dissertation: the MA (Education) sets out to develop professionals for educational action and to “create a community of scholars” able to take part in educational discourse. The dissertation is where the second aim is tested.
When should you start working on the IGNOU MA Education Project (MAEDU)?
Dissertation work starts in the second year, and the finished dissertation goes to the Regional Director “before the second year Term-end Examination” (Handbook, Appendix III). The Handbook also asks for a topic “which can be completed in the second year along with the specialized courses”, and the Common Prospectus lists the dissertation among second-year courses. Choosing the problem while you study MES-016 in the first year is the planning step that makes this possible: proposal approval can take weeks or months depending on the Regional Centre, so an early proposal is the single biggest time saver.
| When | What to finish | Why |
|---|---|---|
| First year, while studying MES-016 | Pick the broad area from your specialisation; read recent studies; shortlist two problems | The Handbook’s first step is choosing an area where you can show insight and judgement |
| Start of the second year | Confirm an approved guide; draft the proposal against the 16 components; fill and sign the proforma | Nothing moves until the Regional Director’s office receives the proposal |
| While waiting for approval | Draft the tool and the review chapter; do not collect data | Data collected before approval may not match the approved objectives |
| After approval | Tool try-out, data collection, analysis, writing, guide review, binding | Leave time for corrections and printing before your Regional Centre’s notified date |
This timeline is a planning suggestion. IGNOU does not prescribe these steps by month; submission dates are notified by your Regional Centre.
How to choose an IGNOU MAEDU Dissertation Topics?
Choose a problem from your own specialisation or from a compulsory course, then put it through the Handbook’s two tests. Significance: what new knowledge would the study add, which gap in earlier studies would it fill? Feasibility: are you competent in the area, genuinely interested, able to meet the cost of tools and data collection, and able to finish in the second year? On significance the Handbook is blunt: unless those questions are answered clearly, “the problem should not be selected for dissertation work”. Appendix III widens the field: the problem may come from any compulsory course, any course of your specialisation, or “any aspect of education related to the programme”.
Where problems come from, in the Handbook’s words: your own experience (teaching, or for non-teachers, seminars, lectures and discussion with peers and researchers), inferences from the educational and psychological theories you studied, new books, journals and published research, and the “suggestions for further research” at the end of earlier M.A. (Education) and M.Ed dissertations and M.Phil and Ph.D theses. The last is the quickest route to a gap you can defend at viva.
MESP-001 Topic Fit Check PLANNING-AID
Rate your topic on the Handbook’s criteria, then build a title in the variable, population, place pattern. Nothing you type leaves this page.
How it decides: the six ratings come from the Handbook’s section “How to evaluate the research problem” (significance, research competence, interests and enthusiasm, financial consideration, time requirement), plus access to the sample, which the Handbook’s observation checklist raises when it says to request permission and clear official channels. Any criterion rated 1 is reported first, because one weak criterion can stop a study however strong the others are. The title follows the pattern the Handbook asks for (specific, naming the main objective) and the pattern of approved titles we have seen: variable, then population, then place, then the comparison. IGNOU does not score topics this way; this is a planning aid and does not predict approval.
Trending 30+ Topics for IGNOU MAEDU Project Dissertation (MESP-1)

IGNOU MAEDU Synopsis Format
The IGNOU MAEDU synopsis (the Handbook calls it the research proposal) is built from sixteen questions. Each question produces one component, and the evaluator reads the proposal as a set of answers. Keep the components in this order. Its first page carries the title with the name of the researcher, the name of the guide and the university (Handbook, Section 6).
| No. | Question the proposal answers | Component |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | What do you propose to study? | Title of the study |
| 2 | Why do you intend to conduct it? | Context, justification, rationale |
| 3 | How do you define the study? | Statement of the problem |
| 4 | What do earlier studies tell you? | Review of related literature |
| 5 | What do you intend to address? | Research questions |
| 6 | What do you intend to achieve? | Objectives |
| 7 | What tentative solutions do you propose? | Hypotheses |
| 8 | How do you define the terms in the title? | Operational definitions |
| 9 | What is the scope? | Delimitations |
| 10 | How will you conduct the study? | Methodology |
| 11 | How many units are there in all? | Population |
| 12 | Which units will you study? | Sample |
| 13 | What means will you use to collect evidence? | Tools and techniques |
| 14 | How will you collect it? | Procedure of data collection |
| 15 | How will you analyse it? | Method of data analysis |
| 16 | What implications would the study have? | Expected results and suggestions |
Four details decide whether a proposal reads as planned research or as a filled template:
- Hypotheses depend on the design. The Handbook treats them as very important in experimental research and says they may not be required in fact-finding studies. If your objectives compare groups, write null hypotheses for those objectives.
- Operational definitions must be measurable. The Handbook’s example defines achievement as “the scores obtained by the students in an achievement test constructed by the researcher”.
- Every analysis technique needs a reason. Naming a test is not enough; the Handbook asks you to say which objective it serves and why.
- Tools carry their evidence. A standardised tool comes with its validity, reliability and norms; a tool you build comes with its construction steps.
MESP-001 Proposal Gap Finder OFFICIAL-RULE
Built from the MESP-001 Handbook on Dissertation Work (IGNOU School of Education, January 2009), Table 1 and Section 6. Tick what your draft actually contains.
How it decides: each unticked component is listed with the Handbook question it answers. For hypotheses, the tool follows Section 6: missing hypotheses are flagged as expected in experimental work or where objectives compare groups, and as possibly not required in fact-finding descriptive, historical or philosophical studies. The four quality checks restate Section 6 requirements on analysis and tools, and the title rule follows from the proforma, which records the title that is approved. The tool does not judge the quality of your writing and cannot predict the evaluator’s decision.
Before Your MESP-001 Proposal Reaches the Regional Director
IGNOU Regional Centre Cochin lists the problems it sees in MESP-001 work: repeated topics, sections that do not say what they should (a “need and significance” that is only review), weak operational definitions, copying from earlier dissertations, no idea about the tool, no theoretical background, no connection running from title to objective, hypothesis, methodology, analysis and findings, and a bibliography taken from somewhere else. A correction review checks your own draft against those points and the Handbook before anything is signed and sent.
What we check in your MESP-001 synopsis
- All 16 Handbook components present, in order
- Objectives flow from the research questions; group comparisons worded as “to compare” (avoid “relationship between male and female”)
- Null hypotheses wherever groups are compared
- Operational definitions tied to a measure
- Tool evidence: validity and reliability, or construction steps
- A technique and a reason for every objective
- Title identical on proposal and proforma; proforma entries complete, signed and dated by you and your guide
What we check in your MESP-001 report
- Approved title unchanged throughout
- Three sections in Handbook order: preliminary pages, body, references
- Every objective has a table, an interpretation and a finding; every hypothesis has a decision
- Conclusions tied to objectives, limitations stated frankly
- Style: no I or we, “the investigator”, per cent in words, no formulae in the text
- Declaration (Appendix VI), supervisor certificate (Appendix VII) and approved proposal in place before binding
- 12 pt, double space, one side of A-4, hard cover, as Appendix IV asks
- Bibliography matches the sources actually cited

Page 55, Box by Box: The MA (Education) Dissertation Proposal Proforma
The Proforma for Approval of M.A. (Education) Dissertation Proposal is Appendix IX of the Handbook, printed on page 55, with a blank page 56 headed “Suggestions for Reformulating the Dissertation Proposal”. We have seen approved copies from the Port Blair, Cochin and Itanagar Regional Centres, the latest approved in January 2026; all used the same printed page. Its two printed notes are the rules: “Please ensure that all entries of the proforma are correctly filled-in”, and submit the filled-in proforma with the proposal “to the concerned Regional Director for approval”.
| Box | Filled by | What to watch |
|---|---|---|
| Dissertation Proposal No. (for office use only) | Regional Centre office | Leave it blank. The office writes a number here; quote it in all later letters. |
| Enrolment No., Study Centre, Regional Centre, e-mail, telephone | Student | Use the enrolment number on your current ID card and the Study Centre code. |
| 1. Name and address of the student | Student | Full postal address; this is where letters come. |
| 2. Title of the dissertation | Student | Word for word the title on your proposal cover; this is the title that gets approved. |
| 3. Name and address of the guide | Student | A guide from the approved list (Appendix III), with designation and institution. |
| Signature of the student, with date | Student | Sign and date; an undated signature is an incomplete entry. |
| Signature of the guide, with date | Guide | Signed and dated by your own guide, who has approved the proposal (Appendix III). |
| Approved / Not approved; signature, designation, stamp and date of the Dissertation Proposal Evaluator | Evaluator, an expert in Education | The decision point. If not approved, the suggestions for reformulating come on the page 56 sheet. |
| Signature of the Regional Director, date and stamp | Regional Centre | The Regional Director sends the proposal back after approval; on one approved copy we saw, this block was left blank. |
The proforma asks for no guide bio-data and no consent letter, and IGNOU RC Delhi-3’s MAEDU package list does not ask for them either. If your Regional Centre wants extra documents, it will say so in its own notice.
Important Guidelines for MA Education Dissertation Research in the MAEDU Program
The official MESP-001 guidelines are Appendix III of the Handbook, “Guidelines for Dissertation Work of M.A. (Education) Programme” (page 48). They are seven short rules:
- Start dissertation work in the second year and submit the dissertation to the Regional Director of your Regional Centre before the second-year Term-end Examination.
- Research a problem from any compulsory course, any course of your specialisation, or any aspect of education related to the programme.
- Choose a guide from the approved list of guides, prepare the proposal under that guide, and get it approved by the guide.
- Send the proposal with the filled-in Appendix IX proforma to the Regional Director for approval.
- The Regional Director returns the proposal after getting it approved by an expert in Education.
- After completing the work, submit two copies of the dissertation to the Regional Director for evaluation.
- After evaluation, the viva-voce is held at the Regional Centre.
| Stage | What happens | Source |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Guide | A guide from the approved list; IGNOU RC Delhi-3 adds that the guide must be approved by the School of Education, and your Study Centre can tell you who is. | Handbook, Appendix III; RC Delhi-3 |
| 2. Proposal | The 16 components, a cover page, and the proforma filled, signed and dated by you and your guide. | Handbook, Table 1 and Appendix IX; RC Delhi-3 |
| 3. Approval | To the Regional Director; an expert in Education, as Dissertation Proposal Evaluator, marks it approved or not approved; the office allots a proposal number. A proposal with discrepancies is rejected. | Handbook, Appendices III and IX; RC Delhi-3 |
| 4. Dissertation | Data collection, analysis and writing under your guide, keeping the approved title and objectives. | Handbook, Sections 7 to 13 |
| 5. Fee and submission | Project fee paid through your Samarth login (by 30 November 2026 for the December 2026 TEE), then two hard-bound copies to the Regional Director, with the fee receipt. | Handbook, Appendix IV; Registrar (SED) notice, 2026 |
| 6. Viva | At the Regional Centre after evaluation; bring your IGNOU ID card. Regional Centres publish MAEDU viva schedules, for example RC Delhi-3 for TEE June 2026. | Handbook, Appendix III; RC Darbhanga (2025); RC Delhi-3 (2026) |
Last dates are set by your Regional Centre. The Handbook gives no calendar dates. IGNOU RC Cochin’s MESP-001 briefing for the 2020 session listed proposals by 30 April (June TEE) or 30 October (December TEE), and reports by 30 May or 30 November; another Regional Centre has used different dates, so treat these as an example of how the cycle runs and confirm your own Regional Centre’s notice. For all IGNOU project deadlines this cycle, see the project submission last dates for December 2026.
Hard copy or online upload? The Handbook route is two hard-bound copies to the Regional Director. IGNOU’s Student Evaluation Division has in recent cycles also opened an online project upload portal for some programmes. If your Regional Centre’s notice for your TEE directs MAEDU dissertations to that portal, follow the notice; otherwise follow the Handbook.
Once the proposal is approved, the work turns to sampling, the tool and the analysis. The step-by-step execution, from choosing a sampling method to writing each chapter, is covered in the MESP-001 dissertation writing guide on sampling, tools and analysis.
Eligibility of IGNOU MA Education Project Guide/Supervisor
The Handbook’s rule is one line: choose “a guide from the approved list of guides” and get your proposal approved by that guide (Appendix III, page 48). It prints no degree or experience criteria. IGNOU RC Delhi-3’s MAEDU guidelines say the guide must be approved by the School of Education, IGNOU, and advise asking your Study Centre for the approved list. Two further points from IGNOU documents:
- IGNOU RC Cochin’s MESP-001 briefing notes that only five dissertations are allowed for each session, and asks guides to read the work before signing and stamping it.
- The guide signs and dates the proforma and, at the end, the certificate that you worked “under my supervision and guidance” and that the dissertation “is his/her genuine and original work” (Appendix VII, page 52).
In the approved proformas we have seen, the guides were teacher educators: a B.Ed college principal and assistant professors at colleges of education. The degree-and-experience lists that circulate online for “MAEDU guide eligibility” do not come from the MAEDU documents; if your Regional Centre publishes its own criteria, follow them.
IGNOU MAEDU Project Dissertation Format
The IGNOU MAEDU project dissertation has three sections, with the body divided into four parts (Handbook, Section 11). Analysis and interpretation may be one chapter or several.
| Section | Contents |
|---|---|
| Preliminary | Title page (title, institution, your name, month and year); preface or acknowledgements, brief and simple; table of contents with page numbers; lists of tables and figures |
| Body: 1 Introduction | The problem in context, review of related studies leading to the hypotheses, significance, research questions, objectives, hypotheses, assumptions, operational definitions |
| Body: 2 Design or methodology | Method, population, sample and sampling, tools, procedure, analysis techniques and the reasons for choosing them |
| Body: 3 Analysis and interpretation | “The heart of the research report”: tables and figures with discussion that picks out the important facts; long tables go to the appendix; weaknesses reported frankly |
| Body: 4 Summary and conclusions | Restated problem and method, findings, conclusions tied to each objective and hypothesis, questions for further research |
| Reference | Bibliography (may be divided into books, journals and so on), then appendices: tools, questionnaires, raw data |
The Handbook’s sample table of contents (Appendix VIII)
Appendix VIII turns the four-part body into five chapters by giving the review its own chapter. Either layout follows the Handbook; use this one if your guide has no preference.
| Part | Contents |
|---|---|
| Front matter | Acknowledgements, list of figures, list of tables, list of abbreviations |
| Chapter I: Introduction | Background and rationale, statement of the problem, research questions, objectives, hypotheses “if required”, operational definitions, delimitations |
| Chapter II | Review of related literature |
| Chapter III: Methodology | Research design, population, sample, tools and techniques, procedure of data collection, procedure of data analysis |
| Chapter IV | Analysis and interpretation |
| Chapter V: Summary and conclusions | Brief restatement of problem, objectives, hypotheses, delimitations and method; major findings; discussion of results; implications and conclusions; suggestions for further research |
| Bibliography | Books, journals, dissertations and theses, reports |
| Appendices | Approval of dissertation proposal, tools and techniques used, courses of study if any, lengthy raw data, any new materials developed (for example PLM, SLM, CAI) |
Appendix VIII closes with one instruction worth obeying: give the page number against every entry in the contents.
Style rules the Handbook sets
- Formal language; do not use I, we, you, my, our or us. Write “the investigator” or “the researcher”.
- Avoid abbreviations in the text except universal ones such as IQ and M.A.
- Spell out numbers under three figures, round numbers and numbers that begin a sentence, except in statistical discussion. Write “per cent” in words: 12 per cent.
- Keep formulae and computations out of the text. Use the past tense for what was done and the present tense when referring the reader to a table.
- Type the report on a computer and proof-read every page yourself.
The MESP-001 report format template (PDF) lays this out page by page with empty tables and sentence frames; it follows the four-division body of Section 11, with the review inside Chapter I. For how dissertations and project reports compare across IGNOU programmes, see IGNOU thesis, dissertation and project report formats.
MAEDU Dissertation Submission Checklist
This is the Handbook’s own Appendix IV, “Checklist for Submission of Dissertation” (page 49), item by item, with the specimen cover page (Appendix V), the declaration (Appendix VI) and the supervisor’s certificate (Appendix VII).
| Item | What the Handbook asks |
|---|---|
| Paper and typing | Typed or word-processed in double space, on one side only, 12 pt, on A-4 paper. The Handbook prints the size as “(29 x 20 cm)”; ordinary A4 sheets (29.7 x 21 cm) are what that means. |
| Approved proposal | Attach a copy of the approved proposal while getting the copies bound; Appendix VIII lists it first among the appendices. |
| Cover and first pages | Title of the study, name of the researcher, enrolment number, full address, name of the supervisor or guide. |
| Declaration (Appendix VI) | Signed by you: the work is original, not submitted earlier to IGNOU or any other institution, and no chapter “in whole or in part is lifted” from earlier work “done by others or me”. With place, date, enrolment number, name and address. |
| Supervisor’s certificate (Appendix VII) | Your guide certifies that you worked under their supervision and guidance for MESP-001 and that the dissertation is your genuine and original work. With place, date, name and address of the supervisor. |
| Binding | Hard cover. |
| Copies and route | Two copies, by registered post or by hand, to the Regional Director of your Regional Centre. |
| Return | Reports submitted to IGNOU are not returned, so keep your own copy. |
| Fee and receipt | Rs 500 for a project above 4 credits (learners admitted from the January 2023 cycle), paid only through your Samarth login; last date 30 November 2026 for the December 2026 TEE, with no extension. Keep the receipt with your report (Registrar, SED notice, 2026). |
The cover page, as the specimen prints it (Appendix V)
Top to bottom: TITLE OF THE STUDY; “A Dissertation Submitted to Indira Gandhi National Open University for the Degree of MASTER OF ARTS (EDUCATION)”; name of the researcher and name of the supervisor, side by side; enrolment number; month and year of submission; and at the foot, School of Education, Indira Gandhi National Open University, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110068. A search for an IGNOU dissertation front page usually lands on assignment front pages; this specimen is the one for MESP-001.
How to prepare for the Viva-Voce Examination for MAEDU Programme?
The viva is a graded part of MESP-001. Appendix III holds it at the Regional Centre once the dissertation has been evaluated, and IGNOU RC Cochin’s briefing weights the report 70 per cent and the viva 30 per cent, with at least a C grade needed in each separately. Regional Centre notices, such as IGNOU RC Darbhanga’s schedule of March 2025, list learners by enrolment number, ask for the IGNOU ID card and set a date by which a missing name must be reported; RC Delhi-3 published its MAEDU viva notice for TEE June 2026 in the same way.
Expect to defend every choice in your own words: why this problem, why this sample, why this tool, why this test. Read your whole report again the week before.
Practice questions by chapter
- Problem: What is your problem, and why did you choose it? Name your variables and define each one operationally. What is your null hypothesis for each comparison?
- Review: Which two recent studies are closest to yours, and what gap did they leave? Why did you use the reference style you used?
- Method: Why this research method? What was your population, and how did you draw the sample? Why this sample size?
- Tool: Did you build or adopt the tool? How did you establish its validity and reliability?
- Analysis: Why a t-test (or chi-square, or correlation) for this objective? What does the 0.05 level mean? What is a degree of freedom? What is a Type I error?
- Findings: What are your three main findings? Which hypotheses were rejected and which retained? What are the limitations, and what would you study next?
Where can you check the status of your IGNOU MA Education Project evaluation?
For MESP-001, the first place to check is your Regional Centre: it receives the report, schedules the viva and publishes viva lists. If your name is missing from a viva list, contact the Regional Centre before the cut-off date printed on the notice. For the online status and result portals, the steps and what each status message means, use the IGNOU project status guide.
IGNOU MAEDU Project: Questions Students Ask
What is the full form of MESP and MAEDU?
MAEDU is the programme code for Master of Arts (Education). MESP-001 is the course code of its dissertation course, titled “Dissertation”. No expansion of the letters MESP appears in the Handbook or the Common Prospectus.
Where do I submit my MAEDU synopsis?
To the Regional Director of your own Regional Centre, with the filled and signed proforma. The instruction is printed as note (ii) on the proforma itself. Some Regional Centres have also accepted proposals by e-mail when notified; follow your Regional Centre’s notice.
Who approves the MESP-001 proposal, and how long does it take?
A Dissertation Proposal Evaluator marks it approved or not approved on the proforma, and the Regional Centre office allots a proposal number. In the approved proformas we have seen, approval came after about five weeks at one Regional Centre and about seven months at another, so submit as early as you can.
Is there a word limit or page limit for the MAEDU dissertation?
No. The Handbook sets no word or page limit. It sets the structure (Section 11 and Appendix VIII), the style (Section 12) and the typing standard (Appendix IV: double space, one side, 12 pt, A-4). Length follows from answering every objective with data, tables and interpretation.
I submitted my MAEDU dissertation but have heard nothing. What should I do?
Check your Regional Centre’s website for the MAEDU viva schedule, which lists learners whose projects were received. If your name is missing, contact the Regional Centre before the cut-off date on the notice, with your enrolment number and proof of dispatch.
Can I submit the sample synopsis from this page?
No. It is study reference only. IGNOU requires your own original work, the declaration you sign says so, and repeated topics and copied work are among the problems Regional Centres report. Use it to see the order and depth of a proposal, then write your own.
Is the 2009 Handbook still the one to follow?
Yes. It is the edition on eGyanKosh, and its page 55 proforma was still the form used on approvals we have seen in January 2026. Where a Regional Centre or the Student Evaluation Division issues a newer notice on dates, fees or the mode of submission, follow the notice for that point.
Can I reuse my own earlier assignment or project in the dissertation?
No. The Appendix VI declaration you sign states that no chapter, in whole or in part, is lifted from earlier work done by others or by you. Write each chapter fresh for this study and cite any earlier source you rely on.
Is the MAEDU dissertation the same as the M.Ed dissertation?
No. MESP-001 belongs to the MA (Education) programme. The M.Ed programme has its own dissertation course and rules; see the IGNOU M.Ed dissertation guide.
What is the fee for the MAEDU project?
Rs 500, because MESP-001 is 10 credits and the fee for projects above 4 credits is Rs 500 for learners admitted from the January 2023 cycle. Under the Registrar (SED) notice of 17 September 2026, the project fee is paid separately through your Samarth portal login, by 30 November 2026 for the December 2026 TEE, and the receipt goes with your report. Fees and dates can change each cycle, so check the current notice.
Want your MESP-001 draft checked? ignouproject.com provides customised project guidance, topic refinement, methodology support, review and correction of learner-written synopses and reports, formatting and citation support, reference material, printing and binding, and project status and result guidance. Send your specialisation and the area of education you work in on WhatsApp at +91 93546 37830. You stay the author of your work; IGNOU decides approval and grades.
