✅ 2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using IGNOU Saathi Premium on ignouproject.com, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions
• You agree to our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy
• You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use IGNOU Saathi Premium.

💬 3. Description of Service

IGNOU Saathi Premium is a subscription-based digital service that provides:

• Unlimited access to an AI-powered chatbot assistant for IGNOU-related queries
• Answers related to IGNOU programmes, assignments, exam forms, results, admissions, projects, re-registration, and other student queries
• Support in Hindi, English, and Hinglish languages
• 24/7 availability on ignouproject.com via web browser

The service is delivered entirely online as a digital service. No physical goods or printed materials are provided under this subscription.

👥 4. Eligibility

IGNOU Saathi Premium is intended for:

• Current and prospective students of IGNOU
• Individuals seeking information about IGNOU programmes, admissions, and academic processes
• Any user aged 18 or above (or with parental consent if under 18)

We reserve the right to deny access to any user who violates these terms or misuses the service.

🔐 5. User Account and Access

Access to IGNOU Saathi Premium is granted upon successful payment. Users are responsible for:

• Keeping their premium access code or login credentials secure and confidential
• Not sharing their premium access with other users
• All activities conducted under their account or premium access
• Notifying us immediately if they suspect unauthorized use of their access

💳 6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Pricing: IGNOU Saathi Premium is priced at ₹29 per month (inclusive of all applicable taxes).

Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your payment method will be automatically charged on the same date each month.

Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, your premium access may be paused until the payment is successfully processed. We will notify you of any payment failures.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the subscription price. We will notify existing subscribers at least 14 days before any price change takes effect.

• Attempt to bypass, hack, or manipulate the payment or access control systems
• Use the service for any purpose other than seeking genuine IGNOU-related academic assistance

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension of access without a refund.

📄 9. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, design, branding, and AI systems on ignouproject.com, including IGNOU Saathi, are the intellectual property of Shri Chakradhar Publication unless otherwise stated.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission
• The IGNOU Saathi name, logo, and branding are proprietary to Shri Chakradhar Publication
• Users retain ownership of the questions they submit, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use interactions for service improvement

IGNOU is a trademark of Indira Gandhi National Open University. We use this name solely for descriptive purposes to identify the student community we serve.

🔒 10. Privacy and Data Protection

⚠ 11. Disclaimer of Warranties

🚫 13. Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• You share or resell premium access in violation of these terms
• You attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the service

In cases of termination due to policy violations, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

⚖ 14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
