MBAMM Semester 3 · MMPC-015 to MMPM-005

Four marketing papers, two core papers, one revision volume

The IGNOU MBAMM 3rd Semester Books set is the point where a marketing learner stops sitting the same paper as everyone else. MMPC-015 and MMPC-016 stay shared with every other specialisation; MMPM-001, MMPM-002, MMPM-003 and MMPM-005 arrive from the School of Management Studies marketing stream; and MMPP-001 takes the evenings. The difficulty here is not vocabulary. It is that four of your six papers are scored on a compulsory case study, which no earlier semester asked you to write.

Quick answer. The IGNOU MBAMM 3rd Semester Books range MMPC-015 to MMPM-005 is sold here as a single volume: the IGNOU MBA (MM) 3rd Semester Last Minute Exam Guide from Shri Chakradhar Publication, priced at ₹249. It covers the six theory papers a Master of Business Administration (Marketing Management) learner registers in Semester 3 — MMPC-015 Research Methodology for Management Decisions, MMPC-016 International Business Management, MMPM-001 Consumer Behaviour, MMPM-002 Sales Management, MMPM-003 Product and Brand Management and MMPM-005 Marketing of Services. IGNOU writes the programme code MBAMM; the volume writes MBA (MM); Amazon and Flipkart list the same range as an MBA 3rd Semester study material combo for the Marketing Management area. All of them mean this six-code set.

Counted from the volume rather than read off its cover, it holds 30 answer blueprints, 120 high-probability questions with model answers, 104 rated topics carrying unit or block references, 85 named theorists, 92 definitions, 38 comparison tables, 100 golden facts and a 60-question self-test. The seventh Semester 3 registration, MMPP-001, is the eight-credit project and has no printed study material, so no guide book covers it. This volume sits beside the official IGNOU blocks and does not replace them. Soft copy and hard copy are both arranged on WhatsApp at +91 93546 37830, and checking your codes costs nothing.

What You Get for ₹249

Every figure below was produced by parsing the volume’s 102 tables, not by trusting the strapline printed on its first page. Where the book and IGNOU’s own documents disagree, the disagreement is set out further down instead of being quietly reconciled.

  • 30 reusable answer frameworks — five for each paper. Four of the six close with a case-application shape, because MMPM-001, MMPM-002, MMPM-003 and MMPM-005 all carry a compulsory Section B case that MMPC-016 does not.
  • 120 high-probability questions with model answers, twenty per paper, each tagged to the blueprint it uses and to its frequency band.
  • 104 rated topics — eighteen each for MMPC-015 and MMPC-016, seventeen for each of the four MMPM papers. Forty-three of them sit in the very-high band.
  • 85 named theorists with their exam triggers, from Kerlinger and Dunning through Engel, Kollat and Blackwell to Keller, Aaker, Kapferer, Shostack and Parasuraman.
  • 38 comparison tables — seven for each core paper and six for each marketing paper, including brand identity against brand image, skimming against penetration, and goods against services.
  • 92 definitions in the wording an examiner recognises without pausing, sixteen for each core paper and fifteen for each marketing paper.
  • 60 command-verb rows — the same ten verbs decoded separately for every paper, so Critically Examine is worked through Rural marketing in one chapter and through the OLI paradigm in another.
  • 100 golden facts, 60 self-test questions and six capsules, plus one 48-hour plan sequenced for six papers and a live project rather than for seven shared papers.

Also inside: nine statistical formulae, which appear in the MMPC-015 chapter alone and nowhere else in the volume, and an exam-day checklist that names the calculator as permitted for that paper only. Written in English only, and scoped to exactly the MMPC-015 to MMPM-005 registration set rather than to the wider MMPM series.

The Problem This Book Was Written For

Semester 3 breaks marketing learners in a way Semesters 1 and 2 do not. The first year is a volume problem: seven shared papers, one shape of answer. This semester is a format problem. Four of your six papers hand you a compulsory case and ask for twenty-five-mark answers, while the two core papers do something else entirely, and the MMPP-001 synopsis has to clear your Regional Centre before the report can start.

  • MMPM-001, MMPM-002, MMPM-003 and MMPM-005 each carry a compulsory Section B case worth the same as a full answer. Learners who revise definitions and never practise applying a framework to a scenario lose that entire block.
  • MMPC-015 looks like a theory paper and is not. Chi-square, the t-test, correlation and regression sit inside it, and it is the only paper in the set with a formula table.
  • MMPM-003 opens on a fixed instruction — explain the following terms with an example — carrying four terms at roughly six marks each. Learners who write a paragraph where three disciplined lines were wanted run out of time before the case.
  • MMPM-005 is scored almost entirely through two frameworks, SERVQUAL’s five dimensions and the GAP model. Describing a hotel or an airline instead of applying the dimensions is the single most common way marks disappear here.
  • MMPM-002 and MMPM-003 both live on chains — the seven-step selling process, the recruit-select-train ladder, the Booz Allen new-product funnel — and a chain written out of order reads as a chain not learned.

The volume answers those five failure modes directly across its 30 frameworks: a case-application blueprint for each of the four MMPM papers, a test-selection framework and nine formulae for MMPC-015, a three-line terms-explainer discipline built for the MMPM-003 opener, a characteristic-to-challenge-to-response engine for MMPM-005, and rated topic orders so no chapter is opened at random.

Inside the Book: The Same Six Sections in Every Chapter

Each of the six marketing-set chapters is laid out identically, so the navigation is learned once in MMPC-015 and reused unchanged in MMPM-005. Counted per chapter: eighteen rated topics in Section A for MMPC-015 and MMPC-016 and seventeen for each of the four MMPM papers, ten command verbs in Section B, five frameworks in Section C, twenty questions in Section D, four toolkit tables in Section E and four capsule boxes in Section F. Multiplied across six chapters that is 104 rated topics, 60 verb rows, 30 frameworks and 120 questions, and those four figures are what the free tools on this page run on.

The six repeating sections inside every subject chapter of the IGNOU MBA (MM) Semester 3 exam guide
Chapter sectionWhat this volume puts in itThe point at which you open it
A — Opener and Topic HeatmapA course snapshot plus seventeen or eighteen rated topics with unit or block references. The MMPC papers cite unit numbers; the four MMPM papers cite block numbers, because the volume records block-level coverage for themBefore anything else, to rank that paper’s seventeen or eighteen topics
B — Command Verb DecoderTen verbs, each with an example lifted from that paper, so Distinguish is demonstrated on stratified against cluster sampling in MMPC-015 and on line against category extension in MMPM-003Once only, before the first 25-mark answer is attempted
C — Answer BlueprintsFive per paper. MMPM-001 closes on a case-application framework, MMPM-002 on a case decision framework, MMPM-003 on a brand case application and MMPM-005 on a case scoring framework — four differently shaped answers to four compulsory casesDuring written practice on MMPM cases, once the Section A heatmap order is set
D — High-Probability Q&ATwenty questions per paper with model answers, each carrying its blueprint number, its frequency tier and a closing exam noteThe long middle stretch, where the 120 questions do most of the work
E — Revision ToolkitFour tables per paper: theorists, definitions, comparisons and common mistakes. MMPC-015 alone adds a fifth, the nine-formula tableThe final day before that paper, and for MMPC-015 the day the nine formulae are drilled
F — Thirty-Minute CapsuleFour boxes: five must-remember concepts, sure-shot questions, emergency answer starters and golden keywordsThe half hour outside the hall, one capsule per paper across all six

On a phone, drag the six-section table sideways to reach its third column.

One structural consequence is worth noticing.

A second consequence is arithmetic. Section E alone contributes 92 definitions and 38 comparison tables across the six chapters, and Section D contributes the 120 model answers, so roughly two-thirds of the volume by table count sits in those two sections rather than in the 30 frameworks that get advertised.

Because Section E repeats a theorists table for every chapter, the volume ends up naming 85 people across the six subjects, and the marketing papers are where that matters most. MMPM-001 answered without Engel, Kollat and Blackwell, Howard and Sheth, Fishbein or Webster and Wind reads as opinion about shoppers. MMPM-003 without Keller’s customer-based brand equity, Aaker’s five assets and Kapferer’s identity prism reads as brand appreciation. MMPM-005 without Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry, Shostack, Bitner and Lovelock reads as a description of a hotel.

Your Six Papers, and What the Book Does for Each

Anyone typing IGNOU MBAMM 3rd Semester Books or IGNOU MBA Marketing Management 3rd Semester books into a search box meets four different lists, because MBAMM, MBAFM, MBAHM and MBAOM share only MMPC-015 and MMPC-016 and then diverge completely. MBAMM Semester 3 registers seven courses: two core theory papers, four marketing specialisation papers, and the MMPP-001 project course. The difference between MBAMM and the generic MBA marketing area is registration, not syllabus: the same six codes appear either way, and an IGNOU MBA specialisation carries nineteen or twenty core courses depending on which prospectus you read. Every theory course is worth four credits, so the six papers below carry 24 credits between them, with MMPP-001 adding eight more. This volume covers the six theory papers. Nothing covers MMPP-001, because IGNOU issues no study material for a project course.

Where the sources disagree, and why one of these could cost you money. Five differences are worth reading before you write a course title on an examination form or press buy on a marketplace.

One, and this is the expensive one. Several live marketplace listings for this exact code range carry a retired syllabus. One current listing sets out the six subjects as MMPC-015 Advanced Strategic Management, MMPC-016 Entrepreneurship, MMPM-001 International Marketing, MMPM-002 Marketing Research, MMPM-003 Integrated Marketing Communication and MMPM-005 Rural Marketing. Under the syllabus IGNOU runs now, International Marketing is MMPM-004, Marketing Research is MMPM-006 and Integrated Marketing Communication is MMPM-007 — all Semester 4 codes — while Advanced Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship are MMPC-017 and MMPC-018. Read the six titles in a listing against your own registration record before ordering anywhere, this page included.

Two. The volume’s own dating is inconsistent. Its publisher page and copyright notice read 2027 Exam Edition; the printed cover reads 2026 Exam Edition. The course codes are unaffected either way.

Three. The two IGNOU prospectuses do not agree on the course split. The Common Prospectus for July 2026 describes the MBA as twenty core courses plus seven specialisation courses; the MBA Specialization Student Handbook and Prospectus describes a specialisation such as MBAMM as nineteen core courses drawn from MMPC-001 to MMPC-020 plus eight specialisation courses. Both totals land on 28 courses and 116 credits.

Four. They also disagree on medium. The Common Prospectus lists the marketing specialisation as English and Hindi; the specialisation prospectus states English only. This volume is English medium, and there is no Hindi edition of it.

Five. Spelling of the codes varies by source and breaks searches. The Common Prospectus prints them without hyphens, as MMPC 015 and MMPM 005, so a hyphenated search inside that document returns nothing. Gullybaba drops the leading zeros and lists the same papers as MMPM-01, MMPM-02, MMPM-03 and MMPM-05. Write the prospectus spelling on your assignment cover and examination form, and take the codes themselves off your Samarth record rather than off a listing.

MMPC-015 Help Book — Research Methodology for Management Decisions

MMPC-015 is the research paper that doubles as the method chapter of your MMPP-001 project, which is why the volume puts it first in the 48-hour plan. Its 14 units run across four blocks: introduction to research methodology, data collection and measurement, data presentation and analysis, and report writing and presentation. Eight of its eighteen rated topics sit in the very-high band — the meaning and types of research at Unit 1, the research process at Unit 2, research design across Units 2 to 3, probability against non-probability sampling at Unit 4, primary and secondary data at Unit 5, questionnaire design at Unit 7, hypothesis formulation and testing across Units 2 and 10, and parametric against non-parametric tests across Units 10 to 11. Where this volume earns its ₹249 on MMPC-015: the only formula table in the volume, nine formulae deep and running from the standard deviation to the sample-size expression, a test-selection blueprint, and twelve dated thinkers from Kerlinger (1973) and Kothari (2004) to Fisher (1935), Gosset (1908), Pearson (1900), Likert (1932) and Cronbach (1951). The one habit that moves an MMPC-015 script up a band is mechanical and rarely taught: state the formula, define every symbol in it, then write the managerial sentence after the number rather than stopping at the number. Learners searching IGNOU MMPC-015 important questions, IGNOU MMPC-015 previous year question paper or IGNOU MMPC-015 study material are almost always missing exactly that closing line.

MMPC-016 Help Book — International Business Management

MMPC-016 is the second shared core paper and the only one in the marketing set that rewards dates as heavily as concepts. Sixteen units run across four blocks: introduction to international business, international trade, strategies of international business, and international business functions. Seven topics carry the top rating — globalisation drivers across Units 1 to 2, domestic against international business across Units 1 and 13, trade theories from Smith to Porter across Units 5 to 6, FDI theories and the eclectic OLI paradigm at Unit 7, modes of entry into foreign markets at Unit 9, the WTO at Unit 8, and the international marketing mix at Unit 13. That last topic is the bridge into your specialisation, and it is where MBAMM learners tend to score best. Where this volume does its work on MMPC-016: fourteen dated theorists including Adam Smith (1776), Ricardo (1817), Heckscher-Ohlin (1933), Leontief (1953), Vernon (1966), Hymer (1960), Buckley and Casson (1976), Dunning (1977), Johanson and Vahlne (1977) and Bartlett and Ghoshal (1989), plus seven comparison tables covering licensing against franchising, FDI against FPI and standardisation against adaptation. The one habit that moves an MMPC-016 script up a band is putting the theory, its year and one Indian multinational into the same paragraph. An MMPC-016 help book, IGNOU MMPC-016 study material or an IGNOU MMPC-016 previous year question paper that drops the years is doing half the work, and the same is true of any MMPC-016 notes PDF or MMPC-016 guess paper.

MMPM-001 Help Book — Consumer Behaviour

MMPM-001 is the first specialisation paper and the model-heaviest subject in the set. Its 15 units span four blocks: consumer behaviour issues and concepts, individual influences on buying behaviour, group influences on buying behaviour, and the purchase process with emerging issues. Seven topics sit at three stars — the nature, scope and models of consumer behaviour at Unit 1, perception at Unit 4, learning and memory at Unit 5, motivation and involvement at Unit 8, attitude and attitude change at Unit 6, reference groups and family influence across Units 9 to 10, and organisational buying at Unit 3. Where this volume does its work on MMPM-001: sixteen theorists in one table, the largest of the six — Engel, Kollat and Blackwell (1968), Howard and Sheth (1969), Nicosia (1966), Maslow (1943), Krugman (1965), Bandura (1977), Atkinson and Shiffrin (1968), Fishbein and Ajzen (1975), Wells and Gubar (1966), Rogers (1962), Webster and Wind (1972) and Robinson, Faris and Wind (1967) — alongside six comparisons including individual against organisational buying and absolute against differential threshold. The one habit that moves an MMPM-001 script up a band is naming the model with its authors and year, walking its stages in order, then closing on one Indian brand and the marketing implication. An MMPM-001 help book, an IGNOU MMPM-001 important questions list or IGNOU MMPM-001 study material that skips the attribution leaves the highest-scoring sentence unwritten, and an IGNOU MMPM-001 previous year question paper shows why: the models are named in the questions themselves.

MMPM-002 Help Book — Sales Management

MMPM-002 is the chain paper of the specialisation. The volume records it across four blocks — introduction to sales management, selling skills, managing the sales force, and sales planning and control — without stating a unit total, which is a gap this page reports rather than fills. Seven of its seventeen rated topics carry three stars: the nature, role and evolution of sales management in Block 1, the personal selling process and AIDA in Block 2, negotiation in Block 2, communication and interpersonal selling skills in Block 2, recruitment, selection and training in Block 3, compensation and motivation in Block 3, and forecasting and quotas in Block 4. Where this volume does its work on MMPM-002: fourteen theorists running from St Elmo Lewis (1898) and Strong (1925) through Rackham’s SPIN selling (1988), Fisher and Ury (1981) with BATNA, Talley’s workload approach (1961), the RAND Delphi technique, Churchill, Ford and Walker (1979), Herzberg (1959) and Vroom (1964), plus six comparisons including straight salary against straight commission and the market build-up against the workload approach. The one habit that moves an MMPM-002 script up a band is writing each chain in its actual order and then choosing between options with a stated criterion. An MMPM-002 help book, an IGNOU MMPM-002 notes PDF or IGNOU MMPM-002 study material is only useful if the seven-step process comes out in sequence, and an IGNOU MMPM-002 solved assignment will not teach that because it is not written under time.

MMPM-003 Help Book — Product and Brand Management

MMPM-003 is a frameworks-with-brands paper, and it carries the one fixed instruction line in the whole set: explain the following terms with an example, four terms at roughly six marks each, answered in three disciplined lines apiece. The volume records four blocks — introduction to product management, new product development and implementation, brand management, and managing brand equity — again without a unit total. Seven topics carry three stars: product concept and levels, the product life cycle, the BCG and GE portfolio matrices, new product development, branding concepts and decisions, brand equity, and brand positioning and repositioning. Where this volume does its work on MMPM-003: fifteen theorists including Kotler’s five product levels, Copeland (1923), Levitt (1965), Henderson and BCG (1970), Booz Allen Hamilton (1982), Joel Dean (1950) on skimming against penetration, Neil McElroy’s 1931 brand manager memo, Keller (1993 and 2001), Aaker (1991 and 1997), Kapferer (1992), Aaker and Keller (1990) on perceived fit, and Ries and Trout (1981), plus six comparisons including brand identity against brand image and line against category extension. The one habit that moves an MMPM-003 script up a band is quoting the framework with its author and year and then applying it to a named Indian brand rather than describing the brand first. Searches for MMPM-003 help book, IGNOU MMPM-003 important questions or IGNOU MMPM-003 study material usually come from learners who know the frameworks and cannot attribute them.

MMPM-005 Help Book — Marketing of Services

MMPM-005 closes the specialisation set and is the paper this page used to verify the MMPM examination format, because its December 2022 term-end paper is published on IGNOU’s own servers. The volume records four blocks — marketing of services overview, the service marketing mix, the extended mix for services, and strategic issues — without a unit total. Seven topics sit at the top: services concept and characteristics, classification and the goods-services continuum, consumer behaviour in services and perceived risk, SERVQUAL’s five quality dimensions, the GAP model of service quality, the 7Ps across Blocks 2 and 3, and the service encounter with its moments of truth. Where this volume does its work on MMPM-005: fourteen theorists including Shostack (1977 and 1984) on the continuum and blueprinting, Booms and Bitner (1981) for the 7Ps, Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (1985 and 1988) for the GAP model and SERVQUAL, Normann (1984) and Carlzon (1987) on moments of truth, Bitner (1992) on the servicescape, Lovelock’s flower of service, Chase (1978) on customer contact, Berry (1981) on internal marketing and Heskett, Sasser and Schlesinger (1994) on the service-profit chain, plus six comparisons including the cycle of failure against the cycle of success. The one habit that moves an MMPM-005 script up a band runs one way only: state the characteristic, name the problem it creates, then give the manager’s response. An MMPM-005 help book, IGNOU MMPM-005 important questions, IGNOU MMPM-005 study material or an IGNOU MMPM-005 previous year question paper that lists the 7Ps without that engine will not carry the compulsory case.

Official Study Material or This Guide? You Need Both

The official IGNOU blocks behind the IGNOU MBAMM 3rd Semester Books range are free, they are the primary source, and no revision volume replaces them. You can download IGNOU study material subject-wise at no cost, and the eGyanKosh access guide explains how to reach a block from a course code when the repository search will not cooperate.

The two do different jobs, and in this semester the division of labour is sharper than it was in the first year. The blocks build the understanding across 24 blocks of official material. This volume converts that understanding into the four twenty-five-mark answers that four of your six papers actually demand, and into the five twenty-mark answers MMPC-016 demands. The blocks are what you read while the MMPP-001 synopsis waits for approval at your Regional Centre; the guide is what you use once the report has gone in.

If the last two rows are closer to what you actually need right now, the solved assignments, handwritten assignments, previous year solved question papers and guess papers pages are the right destinations instead of this one. And if it is MMPP-001 rather than the six papers that has stalled, the MBA marketing project guide and the general MBA project report page deal with the project that no book on this page covers. Admission and result questions belong on their own pages and are not answered here.

How the Guide Book Maps to the Term-End Examination Pattern

Assignments carry 30 per cent and the term-end examination carries 70 per cent, and both have to be cleared separately. An overall C grade clears the course, and the specialisation prospectus fixes C at 50 to 59.9 per cent, with B at 60 to 79.9 and A at 80 and above. Term-end examinations are held in June and December, each of these six theory courses costs ₹200 to sit, and MMPP-001 carries a separate ₹500 project evaluation fee. Semester 3 also costs ₹18,000 rather than the ₹16,000 charged for Semesters 1, 2 and 4, and the project is the reason.

On format, this page states only what was opened and read, which in this set means two different shapes and one the book records without independent confirmation.

The four MMPM papers. The December 2022 MMPM-005 paper, published on IGNOU’s own servers, reads: Time three hours, Maximum Marks 100, Weightage 70 per cent, answer any three questions from Section A, Section B is compulsory, all questions carry equal marks. The June 2025 and December 2024 MMPM-001 papers carry the same two-section shape, with a short-notes cluster inside Section A and a case as the compulsory Section B. That produces four answers of twenty-five marks each. The volume records exactly this shape for MMPM-001, MMPM-002, MMPM-003 and MMPM-005.

MMPC-016. The volume records the familiar core-paper shape — eight questions printed, any five attempted, twenty marks each, usually including a short-notes question.

MMPC-015. The volume records a third shape again: Section A with any four of five at twenty marks, plus a compulsory Section B worth twenty that tends to carry a numerical or situational element. That reading comes from the book and was not confirmed against a real MMPC-015 paper for this page. Read the instruction line on your own question paper before you plan your attempt, rather than trusting any single pattern printed here or anywhere else.

The arithmetic follows from the 25-mark shape. Four answers in three hours leaves roughly forty minutes each including reading and planning, which the volume translates into about 350 to 400 written words per answer for the MMPM papers. That is why the volume ships 30 frameworks rather than model essays: at forty minutes an MMPM answer is a structure reconstructed, not prose recalled. The marks logic for a twenty-five-mark marketing answer in this semester is specific — open with the attributed definition, name the model or framework with its author, walk its stages or dimensions in order, apply it to one Indian brand or service, and close on the marketing implication. In the compulsory Section B case the order inverts: name the framework first, then apply it to the case facts stage by stage. Describing the case back to the examiner scores nothing.

Without a submitted assignment you cannot sit the paper at all, and the two cut-offs are 30 April and 31 October. If you are behind, work from the solved assignments page first, then read the submission guide, and confirm the current dates on ignou.ac.in. Unlike the first year, this semester carries the project alongside the papers, so the MBA project report guidance applies now rather than in Semester 4.

Free Tools: Previous Year Question Papers, Guess Papers and Most Repeated Questions

Nobody should buy a six-paper MBAMM revision volume on a description alone, so three of its working parts run free in your browser. The first one connects you to IGNOU’s own published question-paper listings. The other two run on the 104 rated topics and the 60 command-verb rows lifted out of these six chapters. What they deliberately do not contain is the part that took longest to write — the 120 model answers, the 30 blueprints, the 92 definitions and the nine MMPC-015 formulae. Those stay in the volume.

Very high — 43 topics

Write these out first. Eight in MMPC-015, seven in each of the other five papers.

High — 54 topics

Open these once every very-high topic has been written at least once from memory.

Low — 7 topics

Two in MMPC-015 and one in each of the other five. Reach for these only if hours remain.

Those 43 three-star, 54 two-star and 7 one-star ratings record how often each topic recurs across past MMPC and MMPM papers as the volume documents it. Their job is to fix the order in which you open the 24 official blocks behind MMPC-015 to MMPM-005. No rating on this page forecasts a June or December paper, and none is offered as one.

Tool 1 — IGNOU MBAMM Previous Year Question Paper Finder (PYQ)

Choose a paper and a session and this returns the official IGNOU session listing that holds that paper’s PDF. Checked on 10 August 2026, IGNOU’s downloads page publishes three sessions and no more — December 2025, June 2025 and December 2024. June 2026 is not published, so it is not offered. All six codes were confirmed present in the December 2025 listing when it was opened and parsed; the June 2025 and December 2024 listings are published but were not individually checked for these six codes, and the tool says so in its output.

Free tool 1
All six MBAMM Semester 3 theory papers are listed. MMPP-001 is the 8-credit project and has no question paper.
Only the three sessions IGNOU had published on 10 August 2026 appear here. June 2026 is absent because it does not exist.

Results are study-oriented suggestions based on the book’s topic structure and general examination-preparation patterns. They are not guaranteed IGNOU examination questions.

Tool 2 — IGNOU MBAMM Guess Paper Builder

This assembles a practice paper in the shape that applies to the paper you pick. For MMPM-001, MMPM-002, MMPM-003 and MMPM-005 it builds the two-section form verified from the December 2022 MMPM-005 paper: three hours, 100 marks, Section A with a choice of three, a compulsory Section B case, four answers at twenty-five marks. For MMPC-016 it builds eight questions with any five attempted at twenty marks, and for MMPC-015 the two-section form the volume records. Questions are drawn from that paper’s own rated topics and weighted towards the higher bands. For solved guess papers covering other programmes, the guess papers page is the place to look.

Free tool 2
The shape changes with your choice: 25-mark Section A plus a compulsory case for the four MMPM papers, any five of eight for MMPC-016, four of five plus Section B for MMPC-015.
A whole number from 1 to 20. Change it to draw a different paper from the same 104 rated topics.

Results are study-oriented suggestions based on the book’s topic structure and general examination-preparation patterns. They are not guaranteed IGNOU examination questions.

Tool 3 — Most Repeated Questions and High Probability Topic Analysis

This lays out the whole frequency picture for one of the six papers — eighteen rated rows for MMPC-015 or MMPC-016, seventeen for any of MMPM-001, MMPM-002, MMPM-003 and MMPM-005 — giving every topic with its band and its unit or block reference, how much of that paper’s weight sits in the top band, and a question stem for each topic paired with a verb that paper’s own decoder actually lists. It is what an MMPM important-questions list looks like when it is built from 104 rated topics and 60 command-verb rows instead of from a hunch.

Free tool 3
Each paper carries its own heatmap, so eight very-high rows in MMPC-015 look nothing like the seven in MMPM-003.
Start with the 43 very-high rows if your term-end examination is inside a week.

Results are study-oriented suggestions based on the book’s topic structure and general examination-preparation patterns. They are not guaranteed IGNOU examination questions.

The method is free. The answers are in the volume.

These three tools read the 104 rated topics and the 60 verb-decoder rows and nothing else. The 120 model answers, the 30 blueprints, the 92 definitions, the 85 theorists, the 100 golden facts, the 60-question self-test, the nine MMPC-015 formulae and the 38 comparison tables sit inside the book.

Using the Study Guide Across a Semester, a Week, or a Final 48 Hours

The scheduling problem the IGNOU MBAMM 3rd Semester Books set creates is not that there are six papers. It is that MMPP-001 has no timetable of its own, so it expands into whatever evenings are left, and four of the six papers need written practice rather than reading. The volume carries a single 48-hour plan and it opens on MMPC-015 for a concrete reason: research design and sampling are examinable content and project method at the same time, so those hours are the only ones in the semester that pay twice.

Across a full semester, read the official blocks paper by paper and treat the guide as a checkpoint rather than a substitute. When you finish a block, open that paper’s Section A heatmap and test whether you can write something on every three-star topic in it. A three-star topic you cannot write on sends you back into the official unit, not forward into the capsule. Start MMPC-015 alongside the synopsis draft, because the sampling plan you write for the project is the sampling answer you will write in the paper.

Across a week, the split that suits this particular set is one full day each to MMPM-001, MMPM-003 and MMPM-005, because those three carry the densest theorist tables and all three end in a compulsory case; then MMPC-015 on its own day, since the nine formulae need working practice rather than reading; then MMPC-016 and MMPM-002 paired on a single day, because both run on ordered chains and dated names and reinforce each other; and the last day for the 60-question self-test and the six capsules.

In the last 48 hours the volume schedules two twelve-hour days and names the papers in each. Day one takes MMPC-015, MMPC-016 and MMPM-001 in that order, giving MMPC-015 five hours because formulae decay fastest, and closes on the golden facts. Day two takes MMPM-002, MMPM-003 and MMPM-005, then runs all 60 self-test questions closed-book inside an hour, and ends with the six Section F capsules. The plan states outright that adding a new topic inside the last twelve hours lowers scores, and it treats the sleep rule as fixed rather than advisory.

Across all three windows the rule for this semester is the same: the official blocks plus this one volume, with nothing new introduced in the final fortnight. If you want short summaries sitting beside the blocks, the study notes page is a reasonable single supplement, and the guide books online page explains how a guide book differs from official material across other programmes. If Semesters 1 and 2 are still ahead of you, the MBA 1st Semester books page covers MMPC-001 to MMPC-007 and the MBA 2nd Semester books page covers MMPC-008 to MMPC-014, both of which every specialisation shares.

Soft Copy or Hard Copy? Same ₹249, Different Study Habits

Both formats of the IGNOU MBAMM 3rd Semester Books volume hold identical content at the same ₹249, and neither is better in the abstract. What settles it in this particular set is which sections you will lean on, and the six chapters divide cleanly between the ones that reward a search box and the ones that reward a pen.

Which parts of the MBAMM Semester 3 guide favour a soft copy and which favour a printed copy
The task in front of youSoft copy at ₹249Hard copy at ₹249
Reaching one of the nine MMPC-015 formulae in the middle of a numericalA text search puts you on it immediatelyDepends entirely on how you tabbed it beforehand
Tracing a theorist such as Keller or Parasuraman across chaptersOne surname search sweeps all six chapters at onceSix separate lookups
Writing a full twenty-five-mark case answer by handAwkward, because you are switching between windowsThis is what print is for, and what the paper measures
Learning the MMPM-002 selling chain in fragmentsWorks well on a commute or a lunch breakWants a desk and an uninterrupted block
Checking whether a rated topic is three-star before opening a blockFast, if your device is already openFast, because Section A is the first page of the chapter
The thirty minutes outside the examination hallCapsules read comfortably on a phoneEqually fine, assuming it has arrived
Getting hold of itReleased to you as soon as payment is confirmedHowever long the courier takes to reach your pin code

On a phone, drag the seven-row format table sideways to reach the hard copy column.

Most learners land in the same place: soft copy if your revision happens in fragments away from a desk, hard copy if you intend to practise handwritten answers — and handwriting under time is precisely what four compulsory Section B cases will test. If your MMPM papers fall inside the courier window for your pin code, the format question has already answered itself.

How to Buy the IGNOU MBAMM 3rd Semester Book at ₹249

The entire order runs through one WhatsApp thread on +91 93546 37830. The three steps exist so that your codes are read back to you before any money moves, and that matters more in this semester than anywhere else in the programme: Semester 3 is exactly where MBAMM, MBAFM, MBAHM and MBAOM stop sharing a syllabus, and a set bought against the wrong specialisation is four-sixths useless.

Three steps to order the IGNOU MBAMM Semester 3 exam guide at 249 rupees
StepYour side of itWhat comes back
1. Send the detailsMessage +91 93546 37830 with your programme code, semester, exact course codes and term-end sessionYour codes are read against MMPC-015, MMPC-016, MMPM-001, MMPM-002, MMPM-003 and MMPM-005 and confirmed or corrected
2. Pick the formatSay soft copy or hard copy, and add your pin code if you want the printed volumeYou are told what is available now and, for print, the delivery window into your area
3. Pay and collectComplete the ₹249 payment through the option shared with youPDF access opens as soon as payment clears; a printed MBAMM volume is handed to the courier that working day

On a phone, drag the three-step table sideways to reach its third column.

Put four things in that first WhatsApp message: your programme code, MBAMM or otherwise, exactly as it appears on your admission record, your course codes read off that record rather than recalled, your term-end session, and your format with a pin code if it is print. The code check is not decoration. MMPC-015 and MMPC-016 are shared by MBA, MBAFM, MBAHM, MBAMM, MBAOM and MBF, while MMPM-001, MMPM-002, MMPM-003 and MMPM-005 also appear in the PGDIMM diploma and, for MMPM-001, in a BCOMF listing — sometimes in a different semester from yours. If your set does not match this volume, you will be told so rather than sold it.

Ready when you are. One message does it.

Send the six codes and your June or December session, and the format options, the courier position for your pin code and the payment step arrive together.

Where else this MBAMM volume is listed

Besides the direct WhatsApp route at ₹249, this title is listed on Amazon, Flipkart and Kindle, where rival IGNOU MBAMM guide books sit beside it. Search those platforms for IGNOU MBAMM 3rd Semester Books and you will also meet other publishers’ products titled as an MBAMM 3rd Semester study guide book set, as an IGNOU study guides combo, as a set of 6 books including MMPC-015, MMPC-016, MMPM-001, MMPM-002, MMPM-003 and MMPM-005, as an MBA 3rd Semester IGNOU study material combo for the Marketing Management area, as IGNOU MBA 3rd Semester help books for the Marketing Management area listed under the spaced forms MMPC 15 MMPC 16 and MMPM 1 MMPM 2 MMPM 3 MMPM 5, and as an IGNOU study guide book with solved previous year question papers and important exam notes. Those are different volumes covering the same six codes, not this one. Amazon, Flipkart and Kindle each set their own price, dispatch time and returns policy, so the ₹249 quoted here should not be assumed to follow the book onto them — and read the six subject titles in it, given that at least one live listing still carries the retired mapping described earlier on this page. The practical difference with the direct route is that questions during revision are answered on the same WhatsApp thread.

How This Guide Was Prepared

Counted, not skimmed. The supplied MBA (MM) Semester 3 volume, 54,002 words long, was converted to HTML and parsed with BeautifulSoup, so every figure on this page comes out of its 102 tables rather than off its cover: 30 blueprints, 120 questions with model answers, 104 rated topics, 85 theorists, 92 definitions, 38 comparison tables, 60 command-verb rows, 100 golden facts, 60 self-test questions, six capsules and nine formulae. The block names, the heatmap bands and their unit references, and the 48-hour schedule were read from the same parse.

Where the volume contradicts itself, and where it stops short. Its publisher page and copyright notice are dated the 2027 exam edition while the supplied cover reads 2026. Its cover writes the programme as MBAMM and its inside front matter as MBA (MM). More usefully for a buyer: it states unit totals for MMPC-015, MMPC-016 and MMPM-001 but records only block counts for MMPM-002, MMPM-003 and MMPM-005, so this page reports block coverage for those three rather than inventing a unit number. Its strapline claims 120+ high-probability questions; counted, it holds exactly 120.

What came from IGNOU rather than from the book. Course titles, credits, the core-and-specialisation split, medium of instruction, fees, grading bands and assignment deadlines were read from two official documents, the Common Prospectus for July 2026 and the MBA Specialization Student Handbook and Prospectus. Where the July 2026 Common Prospectus and the MBA Specialization Student Handbook disagree, both readings appear above rather than one being chosen silently. Searching the Common Prospectus for these codes requires the unhyphenated forms, because MMPC-015 returns nothing in it while MMPC 015 returns two hits.

What was opened and read rather than assumed. IGNOU’s previous-year-papers index was opened on 10 August 2026 and publishes three sessions only. The December 2025 listing was opened and parsed in full, and all six codes appear in it. The December 2022 MMPM-005 paper and the June 2025 and December 2024 MMPM-001 papers were opened and read, which is where the three-hour, 100-mark, Section-A-choice-plus-compulsory-Section-B format stated on this page comes from.

What could not be verified, stated plainly. Direct PDF paths for individual papers cannot be opened from here, so the tools link session listings and construct no file address. The June 2025 and December 2024 listings are published but were not opened code by code. The MMPC-015 paper shape is recorded from the book and was not confirmed against a real MMPC-015 paper. MMPM and MMPC papers in this family do vary between sessions, as the 2022, 2024 and 2025 papers read for this page show. No claim is made anywhere on this page about marks, grades, or which questions any June or December paper will carry for any of these six codes.

Important Notice About This Website

IGNOUProject.com is run independently by Shri Chakradhar Publication Pvt. Ltd. and has no connection with Indira Gandhi National Open University or with the MBAMM programme office at the School of Management Studies. The IGNOU MBAMM 3rd Semester Books described here are an independent product. The six course codes named — MMPC-015, MMPC-016, MMPM-001, MMPM-002, MMPM-003 and MMPM-005 — appear here for one purpose only, which is to say which six subjects the volume covers, and MBAMM appears only to say which of the four MBA specialisations registers them in Semester 3 alongside the eight-credit MMPP-001 project.

The book itself is an independent revision aid published by Shri Chakradhar Publication Pvt. Ltd. No IGNOU endorsement attaches to it and it is not a university publication. Its 104 topic ratings, its 30 blueprints and its 48-hour schedule are the publisher’s editorial work, not university data. Where the cover, the inside pages and IGNOU’s two prospectuses disagree — on the 2026 against 2027 edition year, on the MBAMM against MBA (MM) spelling, on the twenty-core against nineteen-core split and on English against English and Hindi — every one of those disagreements is printed above rather than settled quietly.

A separate warning, because it costs money rather than marks: at least one live marketplace listing for this exact code range still prints the retired subject titles, showing MMPM-001 as International Marketing, MMPM-002 as Marketing Research, MMPM-003 as Integrated Marketing Communication and MMPM-005 as Rural Marketing. Under IGNOU’s current syllabus those are MMPM-004, MMPM-006 and MMPM-007, all Semester 4 codes. Check the six titles in any listing against your own registration record before ordering, on this site or on any other.

The three free tools on this page are educational aids offered without charge and stand apart from any ₹249 book enquiry. They run entirely inside your browser on the 104 topic ratings and 60 command-verb rows extracted from the volume, save nothing, transmit nothing and reach no IGNOU system. Tool 1 links only the three question-paper sessions IGNOU had published on 10 August 2026 — December 2025, June 2025 and December 2024 — and builds no file path of its own. Using any of the three creates no obligation to buy. Confirm your six course codes, your June or December examination dates and the 30 April or 31 October assignment deadline on ignou.ac.in and on the Samarth portal before relying on anything here.
