IGNOU MCOM 2nd Semester Books cover for MCO-06 to MCO-024, the Last Minute Exam Guide help book by BK Sahni

M.Com Exam Edition · MCO-06 to MCO-024

Four Semester 2 papers, three of them four-credit, in one revision volume

The IGNOU MCOM 2nd Semester Last Minute Exam Guide compresses 18 credits of official blocks into answer frameworks, rated topic lists and a finishable timetable. Semester 2 is the lopsided one: MCO-06 carries six credits on its own while MCO-022, MCO-023 and MCO-024 carry four each, and MCO-022 can put three numericals into your five answers.

Quick answer. The IGNOU MCOM 2nd Semester Book sold here is the IGNOU M.Com 2nd Semester Last Minute Exam Guide from Shri Chakradhar Publication at ₹249. One volume covers all four second-semester papers of the revised M.Com structure — MCO-06 Marketing Management at 6 credits, MCO-022 Quantitative Analysis for Managerial Applications, MCO-023 Strategic Management and MCO-024 Business Ethics and CSR at 4 credits each, 18 credits in total against Semester 1’s 22. Buyers reach it by searching ignou mcom help book, ignou mcom guide book, guidebook, ignou mcom study guide, ignou mcom notes, ignou mcom exam notes or mcom 2nd sem revision book; every one of those names the same category.

Counted from the manuscript rather than read off the cover, the volume carries 20 answer blueprints, 100 high-probability questions with model answers, 72 rated topics of which 51 sit in the three-star band, 60 named authorities, 80 definitions, an 18-row formula table for MCO-022, 18 comparison tables, 100 golden facts, a 40-question self-test and a 15-block 48-hour plan. It is a companion to IGNOU’s official study material, never a replacement. Both formats are ordered on WhatsApp at +91 93546 37830.

What You Get for ₹249

One binding covering all four codes. MCO-06, MCO-022, MCO-023 and MCO-024 are not sold separately here, and Semester 2 has no second volume. Marketplace listings describe the same code set as an ignou mcom 2nd semester books combo, a set of 4 books, a combo of MCO 6 MCO 22 MCO 23 MCO 24, an mcom 2nd semester ignou study material combo or mcom 2nd semester new syllabus ignou study guides, tagged M.Com new syllabus, revised syllabus or latest edition. Is mcom from ignou tough? Less than the volume of material suggests, provided the order of attack is right.

20
Answer blueprints, five per paper. One frame carries an MCO-023 generic-strategy question and an MCO-024 stakeholder question alike, once you learn its shape.
100
High-probability questions with model answers, 25 per paper, each ending in an Exam Note that names the specific way marks leak from that question.
72
Rated topics, 18 per paper, weighted 51 three-star, 17 two-star and 4 one-star. Semester 2 is far top-heavier than Semester 1, which rated only 42 at three stars.
18
Formulas in a single master table, for MCO-022 alone. MCO-06, MCO-023 and MCO-024 carry none, because none of the three sets a computation.
60
Named authorities, from Kotler, Levitt 1960 and Rogers 1962 in MCO-06 through Bayes, Gosset and Fisher in MCO-022 to Chandler 1962, Ansoff 1957, Porter and Barney 1991 in MCO-023.
18
Comparison tables, seven of them in MCO-06 alone — more than any other paper in the M.Com series, because that paper keeps setting distinguish-between questions.
100
Golden must-know facts in four banks of 25, holding the checkable numbers: Section 135, the two per cent rule, Schedule VII, the seven Ps, the four Ps.
40
Self-test questions, ten per paper, with an answer key and score bands, so an MCO-022 gap surfaces on your desk rather than in the hall.

Also bound in: an 80-entry definitions bank, a 40-row command verb decoder, 40 flagged exam mistakes carrying an [X] marker, four thirty-minute capsules of four boxes each, a 15-block 48-hour emergency plan split seven and eight across two days, and a six-row ladder from 48 hours down to one. English medium throughout, built on the revised semester structure rather than the legacy year-wise one.

The Problem This Book Was Written For

Semester 2 defeats M.Com learners on breadth, not depth. Four papers that behave nothing like each other, 51 topics rated three-star out of 72, and a term-end paper that prints nine questions and wants five finished answers of twenty marks apiece.

  • You treat MCO-022 like the other three, revise it by reading, and discover in the hall that three of your five answers wanted a computed number with its unit and a line of interpretation.
  • You write good MCO-06 theory with no Indian brand attached to it, and the examiner marks a paper that is assessed on application rather than recall.
  • MCO-023 splits nearly every question into an (a) and a (b) worth 10+10 or 5+15, and you spend three-quarters of your words on part (a).
  • MCO-024 asks about the CSR provisions and you describe them warmly without quoting Section 135, the two per cent figure or Schedule VII, which are the only checkable facts in the answer.
  • Your registration reads MCO-022, MCO-023 and MCO-024, the Common Prospectus prints MCO-22, MCO-23 and MCO-24, and IGNOU’s own December 2025 paper listing shows MCO-22, MCO-23 and MCO-024 side by side, so you cannot tell which spelling to search.

The volume answers those five head on: a numerical-first ordering that opens with MCO-022, one brand example per MCO-06 concept, part-weighted frames for the MCO-023 splits, the statutory numbers pinned in the MCO-024 golden facts, and a plain statement of every spelling IGNOU actually uses for these codes.

Eighteen credits, four codes, ₹249.

Send the codes off your admission record and the formats come back in one reply. If MCO-06, MCO-022, MCO-023 and MCO-024 is not your set, you will hear that rather than be sold this volume.

Inside the Book: The Same Six Sections in Every Chapter

All four chapters run the identical A-to-F spine, so Section E of MCO-024 sits where Section E of MCO-06 sits. In this semester that constancy does real work, because the four papers pull in four directions: MCO-022 wants computation, MCO-06 wants brand examples, MCO-023 wants dated frameworks and MCO-024 wants statute numbers. A fixed chapter shape is what stops you relearning the layout every time you switch.

Drag this table sideways on a narrow screen.

Two sections carry different weight by paper. Section E of MCO-022 alone adds the 18-row master formula table, which the other three do not have and do not need. Section E3 holds seven comparison tables in MCO-06, four in MCO-022 and MCO-024, and three in MCO-023 — the spread tracks how often each paper actually sets a distinguish-between question.

Your Four Papers, and What the Book Does for Each

The revised IGNOU M.Com second semester carries four core courses totalling 18 credits, the lightest of the four semesters by credit, against 22 in Semester 1 and 22 again in Semester 3. The Master of Commerce as a whole is an 80 credits four semesters programme. The guide covers every paper in this one.

Drag this table sideways on a narrow screen.

Four sources, four spellings of the same three codes. Stated plainly rather than reconciled.

One, the zero. The IGNOU Common Prospectus for July 2026 prints this semester as MCO-06, MCO-22, MCO-23, MCO-24 in its M.Com table — and then prints MCO-023 and MCO-024 a few pages later in its four-year B.Com table, contradicting itself inside one document. IGNOU’s own M.Com Programme Guide prints MCO-022, MCO-023, MCO-024. The December 2025 question paper listing, which we parsed in full, shows MCO-06, MCO-22, MCO-23 and MCO-024 together in one list. The 2025-26 assignment booklet is filed as “M.Com New 2nd Semester English (MCO-06,22,23,24)” yet writes MCO-022 inside. Search both spellings; they are one paper.

Two, the title of MCO-022. The prospectus calls it Quantitative Analysis for Managerial Applications. The tutor-marked assignment calls it Quantitative Analysis & Managerial Application. eGyanKosh files it as Quantitative Analysis and Managerial Application. Use the prospectus wording on forms.

Three, this book’s own front matter. The printed cover reads 2026 Exam Edition; the supplied manuscript is labelled the 2027 M.Com Exam Edition, and the string 2026 does not appear once inside it. The strapline claims “100+ high-probability Q&A”; counted programmatically, the volume holds exactly 100. The how-to-use ladder says “all six subjects” four separate times, carried forward from a six-subject volume — this book covers four. Every figure on this page is our count, not the cover’s claim.

Also worth knowing. eGyanKosh hosts Strategic Management twice, as MCO-23 Strategic Management and as MCO-023 सामरिक प्रबंधन, under two separate handles. And the Programme Guide states a fee of ₹9,000 per year where the July 2026 Common Prospectus states ₹10,200; the prospectus is the newer document.

By what they reward, the four fall into three camps, and the book’s revision order follows the camps rather than the codes. MCO-022 is the computational camp alone: formula, defined symbols, tabulated working, result with unit, one line of meaning. MCO-023 and MCO-024 are the named-authority camp, though they differ — MCO-023 wants the strategist and the year, MCO-024 wants the philosopher and the section number. MCO-06 is the application camp on its own, where an unexemplified answer scores below an ordinary one carrying a real Indian brand. Carrying MCO-024 essay habits into MCO-022, or MCO-022 terseness into MCO-06, loses marks on material you already knew.

MCO-06 Help Book — Marketing Management

MCO-06 is the six-credit paper of the semester and the only one here that carries more weight than the rest combined would suggest. Its four blocks run from marketing concepts, environment and research, through buyer behaviour with segmentation, targeting and positioning, into product and pricing decisions, and end at distribution, promotion and marketing logistics. Twelve of its 18 rated topics are three-star: the evolution of marketing philosophy, the micro and macro environment, selling versus marketing, buyer behaviour across cultural, social, personal and psychological factors, the consumer buying decision process, segmentation bases, targeting and positioning, the marketing research process, new product development, pricing objectives and methods, channel choice factors, and the promotion mix. What the book gives you here: five blueprints, 25 model answers, 15 authorities including Kotler, Levitt 1960, McCarthy’s four Ps against Booms and Bitner’s 1981 seven, Wendell Smith 1956 on segmentation, Ries and Trout on positioning, Howard and Sheth, Everett Rogers 1962 on adoption, Keller on brand equity and Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry on service quality, plus seven comparison tables and 20 definitions. The habit that decides marks is exemplification: one named Indian brand attached to every concept, because this paper is assessed on application. Watch the final question, which is almost always short notes on any two for 10+10 — a choice question, and therefore the most reliable twenty marks available. Anyone searching MCO-06 important questions, MCO-06 study material, MCO-06 notes or an MCO-06 guess paper set is looking for exactly this chapter. IGNOU’s Hindi listings title it vipran prabandh.

MCO-022 Help Book — Quantitative Analysis for Managerial Applications

MCO-022 is the four-credit paper that decides most Semester 2 results, because it is the only one where three of your five answers are likely to be numerical. Its blocks move from data collection, presentation and descriptive statistics, through probability and distributions, into sampling, estimation and hypothesis testing, and finish on forecasting, correlation, regression and decision models. Fourteen of its 18 topics carry three stars — the highest concentration of any paper in the M.Com series — covering classification and tabulation, ogives and cumulative frequency curves, central tendency, dispersion and skewness, probability with Bayes’ rule, the binomial, Poisson and normal distributions, sampling methods, the central limit theorem, estimation and confidence intervals, hypothesis testing with Z, t, F and chi-square, correlation with demand forecasting, regression, time series trend fitting and the decision tree approach. What the book gives you here: the volume’s only master formula table, 18 rows deep, running from the grouped mean, median and mode formulas through standard deviation, coefficient of variation and skewness to the probability theorems, the binomial and Poisson expressions and beyond; 15 authorities from Karl Pearson, Spearman and Galton to Bayes, Bernoulli, Poisson, Gauss, Gosset, Fisher, Neyman and Pearson, Dantzig 1947, Kuhn, Erlang and the Laspeyres, Paasche and Fisher index numbers; four comparison tables including correlation against regression and Type I against Type II error. The discipline is mechanical: write the formula, define every symbol, tabulate the working, state the result with its unit, and add the interpretive line, because in this paper interpretation is what turns a correct number into a complete answer. Pick numericals you can finish rather than starting five. MCO-022 solved assignment sets, MCO-022 study material and an MCO-022 guess paper worked under a clock repay more here than anywhere else in the semester.

MCO-023 Help Book — Strategic Management

MCO-023 is the four-credit paper built almost entirely from dated frameworks, and it is structurally distinctive: nearly every question splits into an (a) and a (b), typically 10+10 or 5+15, so the marks against each part dictate how the words are divided. Its four blocks cover the strategic management process and strategic intent, environmental and internal appraisal, corporate and business-level strategies, and implementation, control and corporate governance. Twelve topics sit at three stars, including the stages of the strategic management process, strategic intent as vision, mission, objectives and goals, the resource-based view and core competence, environmental appraisal and SWOT, competitive strategy and the generic strategies, differentiation, stability strategy and its variants, expansion and diversification, retrenchment and turnaround, international expansion, corporate governance models and the strategic control process. What the book gives you here: 15 dated authorities — Chandler 1962, Ansoff 1957, Kenneth Andrews, Porter 1979, 1980 and 1985, Wernerfelt 1984 with Barney 1991, Prahalad and Hamel 1989 and 1990, Mintzberg, Derek Abell, the BCG matrix, the GE-McKinsey screen, Kaplan and Norton 1992, Greiner 1972 and Jensen and Meckling 1976 — plus three comparison tables covering formulation against implementation, cost leadership against differentiation, and the Anglo-American outsider model against the German insider model. Every answer needs its framework named, attributed and dated, followed by one Indian corporate case. The paper also carries a short-notes-on-any-four cluster worth four times five, which is the most reliable block on it. MCO-023 study material, MCO-023 notes and MCO-023 help book searches all land on the same need: frameworks with years attached. eGyanKosh files the Hindi edition as samarik prabandhan, which is why a search on the English title can miss it.

MCO-024 Help Book — Business Ethics and CSR

MCO-024, which IGNOU’s assignment booklets also title Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility, is the four-credit paper that looks the softest and marks the hardest, because it rewards exact statutory numbers rather than sentiment. Its blocks run from business ethics concepts, perspectives and theories, through ethical decision-making and the individual and organisational factors behind it, into CSR concepts, stakeholders and strategy, and end at CSR law, reporting, governance and sustainability. Thirteen topics are rated three-star: the Friedman-versus-Freeman split, the relationship between ethics and law, consequentialist and deontological theories, Kant’s ethics, contemporary approaches, ethical dilemmas and the ethical navigation wheel, Thomas Jones’s four-stage decision model, individual factors in unethical conduct, stakeholders and CSR, the four approaches of business strategy for CSR, Section 135 with Schedule VII and the CSR Rules, CSR reporting tools, and the Sustainable Development Goals. What the book gives you here: 15 authorities running from Bentham and Mill, Kant and Aristotle through Rawls 1971, Kohlberg, Carol Gilligan 1982 and Habermas to Thomas Jones 1991, Kidder, Milton Friedman 1970, R. Edward Freeman 1984, Archie Carroll 1991, Porter and Kramer, John Elkington’s 1994 triple bottom line and the Companies Act, 2013; four comparison tables including shareholder-centric against stakeholder-centric CSR and teleological against deontological reasoning; and 20 definitions. The rule specific to this paper is numerical precision inside an ethics answer: quote Section 135, the two per cent obligation, the three qualifying thresholds and Schedule VII exactly, since those are the only checkable facts a marker can tick. Its last question is usually short notes on any two for 10+10, a choice question worth attempting first. MCO-024 important questions, MCO-024 notes and MCO-024 solved assignment searches all point back to the same statutory core.

Official Study Material or This Guide? You Need Both

Every careful buyer asks this, and across 18 credits the honest answer is unflattering to the book. IGNOU’s own MCO-06, MCO-022, MCO-023 and MCO-024 blocks are free, they are the primary source, and the examiner sets questions from them. If you have not read them, read them — you can download IGNOU study material subject-wise free, and the eGyanKosh access guide explains how to reach a block by course code, which matters here because Strategic Management is filed twice under two spellings.

The two do different jobs. Six credits of MCO-06 blocks build marketing reasoning across a semester; this volume converts it into an answer you can finish in thirty-two minutes with a brand example already chosen. Buying the guide in place of the blocks is the expensive error. Reading the blocks and then meeting MCO-022 without having written out a single tabulated computation is the commoner one. Short ignou notes sit between the two and solve neither.

How the Guide Book Maps to the Term-End Examination Pattern

Each MCO paper in Semester 2 is a written descriptive term end examination of three hours carrying maximum marks 100. Real papers held on IGNOU’s own servers print nine questions and ask for five, twenty marks apiece, commonly split 10+10, 12+8 or 5+15.

The instruction line is not stable, and MCO-06 alone proves it three ways. Its June 2023 paper reads “Attempt any five questions. All questions carry equal marks.” Its June 2024 paper reads simply “Answer any five questions”, dropping the equal-marks clause entirely. A published M.Com MCO-06 paper reads “Attempt any five questions. Marks are given against each question”, which is not the same instruction at all — it signals unequal splits. The December 2022 MCO-022 and MCO-023 papers both read “Attempt any five questions. All questions carry equal marks.” Read the line printed on your own paper rather than trusting any of these five examples, including ours.

Three hours over five answers leaves roughly thirty-two minutes each, about 320 words at ordinary handwriting speed. That arithmetic is why the volume holds 20 blueprints rather than 100 finished essays: a frame you can deploy in thirty-two minutes beats an answer you cannot complete. In MCO-022 the arithmetic is harsher still, because a half-tabulated computation costs more time than an unwritten paragraph.

The marks logic differs by paper. In MCO-06, open with the definition, name Kotler or Levitt, run the framework, attach one Indian brand, close on managerial relevance. In MCO-022, write the formula, define every symbol, tabulate, state the result with its unit, interpret in one line. In MCO-023, read the marks against parts (a) and (b) and divide your words in that proportion, naming Chandler 1962 or Porter 1985 as you go. In MCO-024, name the philosopher and quote Section 135, the two per cent rule and Schedule VII precisely.

One structural point unsettles M.Com learners: IGNOU files all these papers in a folder shared with PGDIBO, and MCO-023 and MCO-024 also appear in the Common Prospectus as courses of the four-year B.Com under NEP, while Gullybaba shelves MCO-23 under BCOMF. Finding your paper printed beneath an unfamiliar programme header does not make it the wrong paper; the content and the nine-question shape are the same.

Assignments for all four codes run on a separate track and gate your eligibility to sit. If you are behind, start from the IGNOU solved assignments page, then the submission guide, and confirm current dates on ignou.ac.in. Semester 2 has no project; MCOP-001 arrives later.

Free Tools: Previous Year Question Papers, Guess Papers and Most Repeated Questions

You should not buy an 18-credit revision volume on a description alone. These three tools cover what M.Com Semester 2 learners search for — MCO previous year question papers, guess papers and most repeated questions — and all three run free in your browser across MCO-06, MCO-022, MCO-023 and MCO-024, with no account and nothing stored. The first routes to IGNOU’s own published listings for December 2025, June 2025 and December 2024. The other two run on the 72 rated topics lifted from inside this volume, 18 per paper. What none of the three gives you is what took longest to build: the 100 model answers, the 20 blueprints, the MCO-022 formula table and the definitions bank.

Tool 1 — IGNOU MCOM Previous Year Question Paper Finder (PYQ)

Choose one of the four codes and a session; this returns the official IGNOU listing plus exactly what we could and could not confirm for that code, and the alternative spelling to search when the first returns nothing. IGNOU’s index carried three sessions when we checked it on 11 August 2026. June 2026 is unpublished and therefore not offered. For programmes beyond M.Com, our ignou previous year question paper page is the wider starting point. The tool does not mirror MCO-06 previous year question paper, MCO-023 previous year question paper or MCO-024 previous year question paper files; IGNOU hosts those itself.

Tool 2 — IGNOU MCOM Guess Paper Builder

This assembles a practice paper in the shape the real MCO papers take: three hours, maximum marks 100, nine questions printed, five to be answered at twenty marks each. Its nine questions are drawn from that paper’s own 18 rated topics and weighted towards the three-star band, which in MCO-022 means fourteen of eighteen are eligible. Write one against a three-hour clock and it becomes a self-test rather than a reading exercise — the same way the volume’s 40-question self-test is meant to be used. It is what an MCOM important questions list looks like when it comes from 72 rated topics rather than guesswork, and it reads very differently for MCO-022 at fourteen three-star topics than for MCO-06 and MCO-023 at twelve each.

Using the Study Guide Across a Semester, a Week, or a Final 48 Hours

Order of attack costs more marks in Semester 2 than sheer effort does. The volume carries a six-row ladder telling you what to open at 48, 24, 12, 6, 3 and 1 hour remaining, plus a 48-hour plan divided into 15 timed blocks, seven on day one and eight on day two. Both obey one rule specific to this semester: MCO-022 is never left until last, because formula recall decays faster than framework recall and recovers more slowly.

With a full semester in hand, read the official blocks paper by paper and treat the guide as a checkpoint. After finishing a block, open that subject’s heatmap and confirm you can produce something on every three-star topic in it. Where you cannot, return to the block rather than the guide. This matters most in MCO-022, where fourteen of eighteen topics are rated three-star and almost nothing is safely skippable, and least in MCO-06, where the twelve three-star topics cluster in B1 and B2.

With 48 hours, the plan gives day one to MCO-06 and MCO-023 — the two framework-and-example papers — roughly five hours each across Sections A to F, closing with both capsules plus the first fifty golden facts. Day two opens on MCO-022 and its Master Formula Table because the computations must be written out while you are fresh, moves to MCO-024 and its statutory numbers, then spends one hour on all 40 self-test questions closed-book, one hour checking the key and patching from Section E, and the last hour on the 100 golden facts and all four capsules.

With a single hour, the ladder is blunt: Boxes 1, 2 and 4 of each Section F and a fast pass over the golden facts, and nothing you have not already met. The volume states outright that adding fresh material in the final twelve hours lowers scores, and the plan is built to stop you.

Whichever window you are in, hold to one guide. M.Com learners who pair the official blocks with a single revision volume finish; those who stack downloaded PDFs and a second publisher’s MCO-022 book on top rarely get through even the 51 three-star topics. If you want summaries beside the blocks, the study notes page is a reasonable single supplement, and the guide books online page explains how guide books differ from official material across other programmes.

Soft Copy or Hard Copy? One ₹249 Price, Two Study Habits

Both formats carry identical content across all four papers at the same ₹249. Neither of the two is better in the abstract; in this semester the decision turns almost entirely on how you intend to handle MCO-022.

Comparing soft-copy and hard-copy formats for the IGNOU M.Com second semester exam guide
The consideration in playSoft copyHard copy
How soon it reaches youReaches you the moment the order clearsGoverned by courier transit to your pin code
The MCO-022 computationsWeak fit — a tabulated working read on screen is not practiceStrong fit, since the working has to be written out by hand to stick
Reaching the formula tableText search lands on any of the 18 rows instantlyAs fast as the tabs you mark yourself
MCO-023 framework recallGood — Section E1 reads well on a phone in fragmentsGood, with Chandler 1962 and Porter 1985 annotated in the margin
MCO-024 statutory numbersSearchable, which suits checking Section 135 and Schedule VII fastBetter for building a one-page numbers card yourself
Fit with the 48-hour planYes, since all four capsules read comfortably on a phoneYes, provided it has already arrived

The rule most M.Com learners settle on: take hard copy if you intend to practise MCO-022 tabulations by hand, take soft copy if revision happens in fragments away from a desk and statistics is already your strength. If the examination is close and delivery to your area is slow, the format question answers itself.

How to Buy the IGNOU MCOM 2nd Semester Book at ₹249

The whole order runs on one WhatsApp message. The three steps exist so MCO-06, MCO-022, MCO-023 and MCO-024 are matched against your admission record before any money moves, and nobody ends up holding the MCO-01 to MCO-021 volume when Semester 2 was what they needed.

Three steps to order the IGNOU M.Com 2nd Semester exam guide at 249 rupees
StepWhat you doWhat comes back
1. List the four codesWrite to +91 93546 37830 with programme, semester, exact codes and the sitting you are entered forWhat you sent is checked line by line against MCO-06, MCO-022, MCO-023 and MCO-024
2. State PDF or printSay which of the two you want; if print, include your pin codeAvailability comes back, and for print the transit window to your area
3. Settle ₹249 and collectComplete payment through the option shared with youThe PDF is issued on confirmation; the print edition leaves by courier

Drag this table sideways on a narrow screen.

Four details settle it, so send them first: your programme — M.Com, MCOMFT, MCOMBPCG, MCOMMAFS or the online MCOMOL variant — your codes read off the admission record rather than memory, your sitting, and format plus pin code. That list matters here more than usual, because IGNOU’s own listings record MCO-06 as applicable to MCOM, MCOMFT and MCOMMAFS while MCO-022 and MCO-024 are recorded against MCOMMAFS and MCOM, and MCO-023 additionally appears under BCOMF. The code check settles all of that in one message.

A single message closes the whole order.

List MCO-06, MCO-022, MCO-023 and MCO-024 together with the sitting you have entered for. A single reply returns the format choice, the transit position for your pin code and the payment step. If your registration turns out to read MCO-01, MCO-04, MCO-05 and MCO-021, you will be told so rather than sold this volume.

Where else the book is available

The IGNOU MCOM 2nd Semester Book is sold here directly, and it is not the only route. Shri Chakradhar Publication also lists M.Com titles on Amazon, Flipkart and Kindle, including a hindi medium chapter-wise combo of the same four codes; learners who search ignou mcom ki book or M.Com dusre semester ki kitab usually want that one rather than this English medium volume. The publisher’s own store additionally carries an eight-code M.Com first-year set spanning both semesters. Marketplace pricing, delivery and returns are set by those platforms, so read the listing before ordering there. If you need all eight first-year codes, the year-level set fits better; if you are sitting only these four papers, this volume does.

How This Guide Was Prepared

How this page was written. This article was drafted after reading the supplied manuscript of the IGNOU M.Com 2nd Semester Last Minute Exam Guide in full. Every figure quoted here — 20 blueprints, 100 questions, 72 rated topics split 51 three-star, 17 two-star and 4 one-star, 60 authorities, 80 definitions, 40 verb rows, 18 formulas, 18 comparison tables, 40 flagged mistakes, 100 golden facts, 40 self-test questions and 15 plan blocks — was extracted programmatically from the manuscript, not copied from its cover. Where our count and the cover’s claim diverge, the divergence is stated in the callout above.

Codes, titles and credit values were checked against the IGNOU Common Prospectus for July 2026 and against IGNOU’s own M.Com Programme Guide, which record M.Com as an 80-credit programme over four semesters under the School of Management Studies, English and Hindi media, two to four years, and an exit after 40 credits leading to a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies. The two documents disagree on the spelling of three of this semester’s four codes and on the annual fee; both readings are disclosed rather than reconciled.

Examination format details were taken from real IGNOU-hosted question paper PDFs for MCO-06, MCO-022 and MCO-023 and from a published M.Com MCO-06 paper, and the three different instruction lines found for MCO-06 alone are reported rather than smoothed into one. We did not examine a paper for MCO-024, which is why this page tells you to read the line printed on your own paper.

The sittings offered by the finder tool were checked against IGNOU’s published index on 11 August 2026, which lists exactly three: December 2025, June 2025 and December 2024. The December 2025 listing was fetched and parsed in full, and MCO-06, MCO-22, MCO-23 and MCO-024 all appear in it under those exact spellings. The June 2025 and December 2024 listings appear on the index but we did not parse either of them code by code, and the finder states that on screen. No direct PDF path has been constructed for a file we did not open; the tool returns listings.

Nothing above forecasts a grade, a result or the contents of any MCO-06, MCO-022, MCO-023 or MCO-024 paper. The star ratings record recurrence in past M.Com papers as this volume reads them; they are not a prediction, and no rating, review or testimonial appears on this page because none was supplied to us.

Questions Students Ask Before Buying

Important Notice About This Website

IGNOUProject.com is an independent educational-support website and is not the official website of Indira Gandhi National Open University. Students should verify official programme details, course codes, examination dates, assignment instructions and university notices through the official IGNOU website. That applies directly to the figures above: the 6, 4, 4 and 4 credit split, the 18-credit Semester 2 total, the 80-credit Master of Commerce programme and the Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies exit at 40 credits all come from the Common Prospectus for July 2026 and may change in a later edition.

The 20-blueprint volume described here is an independent revision aid published by Shri Chakradhar Publication Pvt. Ltd. It is not an IGNOU publication and is not endorsed by IGNOU. The codes MCO-06, MCO-022, MCO-023 and MCO-024 appear only to identify which four M.Com Semester 2 subjects the book covers.

Three limits deserve stating plainly, since 18 credits rest on getting them right. First, we parsed the December 2025 listing in full and found MCO-06, MCO-22, MCO-23 and MCO-024 in it, but did not individually parse the June 2025 and December 2024 listings for these codes, so the finder labels those two sittings accordingly. Second, we examined real MCO-06, MCO-022 and MCO-023 papers but none for MCO-024, and the MCO-06 instruction line differs across three sittings, so no single term end examination format is asserted here as universal. Third, the 72 rated topics and the 51 three-star topics behind the tools are this publisher’s reading of past M.Com papers, not IGNOU’s own weighting, and no maximum marks 100 paper is bound to follow them.

The three tools above are educational aids offered free of charge and are deliberately separate from any book enquiry. All three run entirely in your browser on the 72 topic ratings already published on this page, store nothing, transmit nothing, and are connected neither to IGNOU systems nor to any artificial-intelligence service. Running the MCO-022 frequency breakdown or assembling a nine-question MCO-023 practice set puts you under no obligation to buy anything at ₹249 or at any price.

Eighteen credits across four codes, one volume, ₹249.

Send MCO-06, MCO-022, MCO-023 and MCO-024 exactly as your admission record prints them, along with the sitting you have entered for. A single reply inside working hours returns the format choice, the transit position for your area and the ₹249 payment step. Should the four turn out not to be your set, you will hear that instead.
