IGNOU MAER Handwritten Assignment: A Cut-Off On The Fifteenth, Two 2023-24 Codes In A 2024-25 Booklet, And A File That Promises Fifteen Papers And Holds One

IGNOU MAER handwritten assignment at ₹320 per subject, showing a tilted MER-015 Social Entrepreneurship sheet with the MER-15/TMA/2025-26 code line, cover-page fields, ruled lines, MER and MERP code chips and a HANDWRITTEN stamp

MAER · Master of Arts (Entrepreneurship) · SOVET

MAER papers close on the fifteenth. IGNOU’s own table says 15 March and 15 September, and most websites still say the thirtieth.

Four MAER files and one live IGNOU table were read side by side for this page, and they do not print the same dates, the same code lines or even the same number of papers. Name the MER codes on your registration record, and each one is written by hand against the edition you actually hold.

  • 64 credits, 17 rows
  • 15 MER papers carry questions
  • 15 March or 15 September
  • 100 marks a paper
  • English medium only
  • PGDER exit after Year One

₹320 per subject · hard copy only · courier inside the rate · handwriting matched free

Quick answer. An IGNOU MAER handwritten assignment is the answer set for one Master of Arts (Entrepreneurship) course code, written out by hand in ink and handed to the Study Centre as paper, and MAER is the 64-credit, four-semester programme that the School of Vocational Education and Training (SOVET) lists in section 3.69 of the July 2026 Common Prospectus with fifteen taught codes, MER-001 to MER-015, and two project rows, MERP-001 and MERP-002, of which only the fifteen MER codes appear on IGNOU’s Current Assignments table. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. No soft copy or PDF is sold. The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price, and for MAER the table lists English alone. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent; the table read on 16 September 2026 sets 15 March 2027 for the June 2027 examination and 15 September 2026 for December 2026, and orders go to WhatsApp +91 93546 37830.

MAER Cut-Offs Fall On The Fifteenth, Not The Thirtieth

IGNOU’s Current Assignments table gives every MER code two due dates: 15 March 2027 for the June 2027 term-end examination and 15 September 2026 for December 2026.

15 March 2027

June 2027 examination. Printed against MER-001 to MER-015 in the row valid for the July 2026 and January 2027 cycles, last modified on 7 September 2026.

15 September 2026

December 2026 examination. The same row prints it, and on 16 September 2026, the day this page was reviewed, that date had already gone by.

Read that second cell twice. A July 2026 set that went up on 7 September and fell due eight days later leaves almost no one enough time, which is why IGNOU often follows such dates with an extension notice from its Student Evaluation Division. No MAER extension notice was found during this review. If December 2026 is your target, ask your Regional Centre before writing a single page; otherwise plan backwards from 15 March 2027.

The fifteenth is where MAER parts company with the rest of the site. The 2023-24 and 2024-25 MAER booklets also print 15 March and 15 September. The single 2025-26 file read for this page prints 15 March and 15 October. Third-party pages print something else again: one MAER assignment page states 30 September and 31 March, and one syllabus page states 31 October 2026. SOVET does not even use one pair across its own degrees, because the MSCIS handwritten assignment page records 31 October and 31 March from the MSCIS booklets.

So the date to trust is the one printed against your own code on IGNOU’s Current Assignments service, read on the day you plan.

What One Hundred Marks Per MER Paper Is Worth

Each MER assignment is marked out of 100 and converted to the 30 per cent assignment share of that course, whether the course carries 4 credits or 2. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. The 2024-25 booklet sets five questions of 20 marks on every one of its fifteen papers, and the Current Assignments table lists maximum marks 100 and weightage 30 against each MER row.

The booklet’s covering letter adds the part that matters more. Submitting the assignments on schedule is what makes a learner eligible to sit the term-end examination at all. A strong answer script cannot rescue a course whose assignment never reached the Study Centre.

Two-credit courses are the trap. MER-005 IPR and Technology Commercialization and MER-007 Government Initiatives and MSME Development carry half the credits of their neighbours, yet their 2024-25 papers ask the same five 20-mark questions. Learners who budget half the writing time for them run short.

Downloaded MER Answers Or A Hand-Inked Set: Which One Gets Submitted

For every code from MER-001 to MER-015, the hand-inked set is the one that goes to the Study Centre; a downloaded answer file is reading material. A solved assignment is a soft-copy reference file of model answers for one MER code and one session, usually a PDF opened on a phone or laptop. A handwritten assignment is those answers composed again and written out by hand, then handed in on paper, with a scan made from that paper only where a Regional Centre asks for one.

No MAER file read for this page contains a sentence about handwriting, typing or paper size. The requirement reaches MAER learners through IGNOU’s general assignment practice, the Programme Guide and the Study Centre counter, not through the MER booklets. What the booklets do say is narrower: they send learners to the Programme Guide before attempting the questions, and the undated MER-005 page asks for answers in the learner’s own words, not copied from the course material. A printed PDF fails that instruction on its face.

On a narrow screen, slide the table left to reach the third column.

Reference files for MER codes are indexed on the course-wise index of IGNOU solved assignment files, which is the page built for that search. Nothing on this page turns a printout into a submission.

Fifteen papers, never seventeen. MERP-001 and MERP-002 appear in no MAER booklet and on no row of the Current Assignments table. A list that includes them is priced without them, with the reason given.

MER-005 costs what MER-008 costs. Two credits or four, the 2024-25 paper asks for 100 marks of answers, so the charge follows the paper and not the credit value.

The code line your file prints. If your 2025-26 file reads MER-15/TMA/2025-26, the answer set carries that line. Nobody quietly adds back the missing zero.

Case studies written as case studies. MER-011 asks for two of Ola, Swiggy, Paytm and Oyo; MER-015 asks for livelihood cases. Each gets a named firm, a timeline and an assessment, not a definition.

Numbers shown in working. MER-008 Finance and Accounting papers carry working-capital and leverage questions, laid out line by line in ink. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge.

A single backlog code is a whole order. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. A learner who only lacks MER-012 sends MER-012.

Your letterforms, start to finish. One photo of any page in your own hand sets the slant, spacing and letter shapes for every MER bundle, and matching adds nothing to the bill.

English, as the table lists it. The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price. Every MER row on the table reads English, and no Hindi MER paper was found.

2023-24 and 2024-25 files still answered. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. The questions written are the ones on your cover.

Sheets in the post, not a download. No soft copy or PDF is sold. If your Regional Centre asks for an upload, you scan the delivered sheets yourself after reading them.

Four semesters, four separate piles. MER-001 to MER-004 arrive as four tied bundles, never stapled into one, so each can be logged against its own code.

No word on marks or arrival day. No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU.

Semester II has four MER papers and a project. Send the four.

List the codes from your registration slip and the year on your file cover. The reply sorts them by semester, drops any MERP row, and quotes one total.

Seventeen MAER Rows In Section 3.69, Fifteen With A Question Paper

Section 3.69 of the July 2026 Common Prospectus lists 17 MAER courses worth 64 credits: MER-001 to MER-015 plus the project courses MERP-001 and MERP-002. The credits were added before either table below was trusted: 16 in each of the four semesters, which also matches the 32-credit Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship (PGDER) exit the section allows after Year One. Entry 75 of the programme summary records English as the medium, a two-year minimum against four years, semester-wise examinations and admission in both January and July.

Year One totals 32 credits; swipe sideways for the last column.

Project I sits inside Semester II in the prospectus, printed just after a page break, which is why several copied lists move it to the end of the year or drop it. The booklets spell two titles the British way, Commercialisation and Organisational, where the prospectus uses a z. The code is what matters, and the code does not change.

Year Two also totals 32 credits; the assignment column is last.

Year Two has no electives and no 2-credit rows, so every learner in Semester III writes the same four papers. The free self-learning blocks for all fifteen codes are listed under SOVET on eGyanKosh’s MAER collection.

Where MAER’s Own Files Contradict Each Other

  • A December date that moved and moved back. The 2023-24 and 2024-25 booklets print 15 September. The 2025-26 MER-015 file prints 15 October. The Current Assignments row for July 2026 and January 2027 prints 15-09-2026 again.
  • 2023-24 codes inside the 2024-25 booklet. The 2024-25 booklet prints MER-012/TMA/2023-24 and MER-015/TMA/2023-24 under a 2024-25 cover, while its other thirteen papers print 2024-25.
  • A year that never happened. MER-005 reads MER-005/TMA/2003-24 in the 2023-24 booklet and MER-005/TMA/2004-25 in the 2024-25 booklet. Both are typing slips for the session on the cover.
  • A zero that disappears. The 2025-26 file heads its page Course Code MER–015 and prints the assignment code as MER-15/TMA/2025-26.
  • Fifteen promised, one delivered. The 2025-26 file, stored on ignou.ac.in as MER-015.pdf, tells learners that all fifteen courses are together in this booklet; the file read here contains the MER-015 paper alone.
  • An undated file with other rules. A booklet named “Assignments MAER MER 001 TO 015”, still on IGNOU’s webservices server but not linked from its MAER index, prints codes such as MER-001/TMA with no year, sets MER-005 as any ten of eleven questions at 10 marks while also saying all questions are compulsory, and limits that paper to Blocks 1 and 2 under a heading that says all blocks. MER-006 there is any five of seven, and MER-009 any five of six.
  • Semester labels that do not add up. IGNOU’s webservices index calls both booklets “1st to 4th Semester”; the covers of the 2023-24 and 2024-25 booklets read “1st to 15th”.
  • A word that makes no sense. Question 4 of the 2025-26 MER-015 paper asks about the “means of childhood” before turning to livelihood strategies, and the cover block asks for the “Course Tile”. The livelihood reading fits the rest of the question; confirm it with your Study Centre before answering.
  • Other websites. A MAER assignment page elsewhere lists 30 September and 31 March for MAER, and a MAER syllabus page lists 31 October 2026 for the July 2026 cycle. Neither matches any MAER document.
  • This website, awaiting correction. The ignouproject.com home page still carries an acceptance assurance backed by a refund, and the MMPC-001 course page still quotes a dispatch period. Neither claim is repeated here, and both are queued for correction.

Programme structures, course codes, submission dates and rules change, and only ignou.ac.in and your Regional Centre can confirm the current position for your enrolment. The edition behind both tables is kept in the prospectus editions archive.

How A MER Code Becomes A Bound Set

Five stages, in this order, for every MAER order.

  1. Codes against the table. Each code is checked against the fifteen MER rows. MERP rows are taken off the list, and a PGDER learner who stopped after Year One is told that only MER-001 to MER-008 apply.
  2. Your edition pinned down. The year on your cover decides the code line and the question pattern. An undated-file MER-005 needs ten short answers; a 2024-25 MER-005 needs five long ones.
  3. Answers drafted from the SOVET blocks. Case studies on MER-011 and MER-015 name real firms and programmes. Break-even and leverage questions on MER-006 and MER-008 show every step. The blocks are free through the eGyanKosh access guide, the Gyankosh alternate route and the free IGNOU books download guide.
  4. Layout without a MAER rule to lean on. No MAER file names a paper size or margin, so the set follows the common IGNOU layout of ruled A4, a clear left margin and a question number beside each answer, unless your Study Centre asks for something else.
  5. Cover block left blank. The 2025-26 file prints ten fields: Enrollment No, Name, Phone Number, Programme Code, Course Code, Course Title, Assignment Number, Study Centre Code, Submission Date and Signature. You fill them. The cover page field explainer, the blank and filled front page PDFs and where to find your enrolment number help with the general format.

Matching The Hand On Long Case-Study Answers

Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge. Any page will do, a shopping list or class notes, as long as it shows full sentences.

MAER makes the case for matching more than most programmes. MER-011 and MER-015 ask for extended case studies, and long prose shows a change of hand quickly. A Semester I set and a Semester IV set can reach one Study Centre nearly two years apart. The sample photo is used for that order and then deleted.

Writing the MER papers yourself? A 100-mark paper is a weekend for a learner who has read the blocks, and nothing here needs to be bought. The free method for writing an IGNOU assignment by hand covers the sequence. A worked sample of an IGNOU assignment shows answer depth, the assignment format and structure notes cover layout, and the online and offline submission routes explain what happens after the last page.

Free MAER Calculators For Cut-Off Dates And Code Lines

Both calculators work inside this page and send nothing anywhere. The first counts papers, money and days to the next fifteenth. The second tells you what your MER code line and question pattern look like in the edition you hold.

Free tool 1

MAER Paper Count And Mid-Month Cut-Off Planner

Pick a semester or type a number, choose the examination you are aiming at, and the planner returns the total at ₹320 a paper, the next 15th-of-month cut-off counted from today, the days left and a writing-time estimate.

MERP-001 and MERP-002 are left out because no MAER file sets an assignment for them.

A whole number from 1 to 15. Choosing a semester fills it in.

Dates follow IGNOU’s Current Assignments table as read on 16 September 2026.

Choose a set or a number, pick an examination, then select Count My MER Papers.

Book These MER Papers At ₹320 Each

This tool is guidance from ignouproject.com, not an IGNOU rule. Using it creates no obligation to order anything. The hours figure assumes two and a half hours of longhand per 100-mark paper.

Free tool 2

MER And MERP Code Line Reader

Type a MAER code in any form, choose the file you downloaded and how your Regional Centre takes submissions. The reader returns the title, semester and credits, whether an assignment exists, the code line and question pattern that edition prints, and a checklist.

MER-012, mer 12, MER012 and MERP-1 all work.

Type a code such as MER-012, choose your file, then select Read This MER Code.

Have This MER Paper Written For ₹320

This tool is guidance from ignouproject.com, not an IGNOU rule. Using it creates no obligation to order anything. Code lines and patterns come from the MAER files read on 16 September 2026, which IGNOU can replace without notice.

March is six months off. That is enough time only if the writing starts now.

Fifteen 100-mark papers is well over thirty hours of longhand. Send the list that the planner counted and the reply sets out the total and the delivery position for your pin code before any payment.

Finding The Current MER Paper On IGNOU’s Servers

The current MER papers sit on IGNOU’s Current Assignments service, where a search for MAER returned fifteen rows, MER-001 to MER-015, valid for July 2026 and January 2027. The older booklets live on a separate server, and picking the wrong one is the commonest MAER mistake.

  1. Open the official IGNOU assignment download page and type MAER or the full MER code into its search box.
  2. Read the Valid for Session column before downloading. It must name your own admission cycle.
  3. Check the two due-date columns against the dates on this page, and note the Last Modified date, because IGNOU revises rows.
  4. Use the webservices Master’s index only for the 2023-24 and 2024-25 MAER booklets, and only if your Regional Centre accepts an older cycle.

For timed-paper practice on the same codes, the solved term-end question papers and the previous year paper archive show how SOVET frames an examination question.

Once The Study Centre Stamps Your MER Receipt

Keep the receipt. It is the only proof that a MER set arrived before the fifteenth.

Marks follow in two stages. The Study Centre logs the set, an evaluator marks it, and the figure reaches IGNOU’s records course by course, so MER-001 can appear weeks before MER-004. Arrival shows on the IGNOU assignment status and result page, the score on the course-wise marks status lookup and the assignment column of the grade card. A code that never shows up needs the grade card status checker and a visit to the Regional Centre with that receipt.

After both components are in, the final grade card, the percentage calculator and the CGPA calculator make the numbers readable. Revaluation of the term-end script covers the examination paper, not the assignment. Semester progress still needs the re-registration form, and the examination itself needs the hall ticket download page and the December 2026 date sheet. The wider cycle is summarised in the IGNOU assignment overview, and the counter itself in how submission at the study centre works.

Revision, Project And Exam Help Around The MER Papers

The 70 per cent comes from the term-end paper, and MAER learners revising for it tend to use IGNOU study notes, IGNOU guess papers for term-end revision, IGNOU help books and guide books sold online.

MERP-001 and MERP-002 carry no assignment and are handled through the MAER project guide for MERP-001 and MERP-002, the synopsis and proposal help, the IGNOU project writing service, the project submission guide, the project status checker and the project price list.

MAER is taught and examined in English only, according to entry 75 of the July 2026 Common Prospectus, and all fifteen MER rows on the Current Assignments table read English. No Hindi MER paper was found, so none is offered; Hindi-medium assignment notes for other programmes are kept separately. MER questions change each cycle under unchanged codes. A learner clearing a 2024-25 backlog should ask the Regional Centre which cycle it will accept before choosing a file, since one seller’s advice to always use the latest paper is a rule no MAER document states.

Sending A MAER Order Over WhatsApp

The whole order runs in one chat at +91 93546 37830.

  1. Send the list. MER codes as your slip prints them, plus the cover year of your file.
  2. Read the reply. MERP rows removed, the edition noted, the total at ₹320 per subject stated. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.
  3. Receive, read, sign. You sign the declaration on the assignment cover page, so you should read and review the content before submitting it, and satisfy yourself that it represents your own understanding of the course.

The five details that make a first message complete are your MER codes, your semester, the year on your file cover, whether your Regional Centre wants paper or a scan, and your pin code. Add a handwriting photo if you want your own letterforms. If the fifteenth is close, say how many days remain.

Where Each MAER Fact On This Page Comes From

July 2026 Common Prospectus. Section 3.69 supplied the SOVET placement, the aims, the seventeen course codes with titles and credits, the 64-credit total, the PGDER exit at 32 credits and the English medium. The credits were added by semester before use. Entry 75 of the programme table supplied duration, fee, examination mode and the two admission cycles.

IGNOU assignment documents. The Current Assignments table was read on 16 September 2026 for the fifteen MER rows, their cycles, marks, weightage and both due dates. Four MAER files were read in full the same day: the 2023-24 and 2024-25 booklets from the webservices index, the undated “MER 001 TO 015” booklet on the same server, and the 2025-26 MER-015 file on ignou.ac.in. They supplied the code lines, question patterns, the cover block and every contradiction listed above.

Publisher’s commercial terms. The price, courier, format, handwriting matching and order steps belong to ignouproject.com and have nothing to do with IGNOU. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate.

What this research could not settle. The July 2026 MER question papers themselves were not opened, so their code lines and question patterns are unknown. No MAER extension notice for 15 September 2026 was found. Only the MER-015 paper of the 2025-26 edition was read, so its other fourteen code lines are unverified. The undated booklet carries no session, and its age is inferred only from a 2021 balance sheet inside MER-008.
