A First Intake With No Booklet Of Its Own, And Two Schools Giving Opposite Instructions

MSCCC admitted its first learners in July 2026. IGNOU has published nothing under the programme code, so every MSCCC paper you can download today was issued for a different programme, and the two schools issuing them disagree about paper size, margins, how many questions to answer and whether a date exists. A handwritten MSCCC set is written against the exact file that governs your own course code, and reaches you as ink on the sheet that file asks for.

  • 80 credits, 16 codes
  • 14 answerable papers
  • Two instruction regimes
  • English medium only
  • Year wise, not semester
  • First intake July 2026

Send Your MSCCC Code List For A Quote

Send the codes exactly as your registration confirmation spells them, whether you are in Year One or Year Two, the programme name printed on the cover of whatever booklet you managed to download, and your delivery pin code. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.

Quick answer. A handwritten assignment is the answer set for IGNOU’s Tutor Marked Assignment questions, written out by hand and handed in as a hard copy, and for MSCCC, the 80-credit Master of Science in Climate Change opened by the School of Interdisciplinary and Trans-disciplinary Studies for its first intake in July 2026, in which sixteen course codes run across two years under seven prefixes (MEV, MSD, MEVE, MIO, MCS, MEVL and MEVP), fourteen carry a theory paper and the two eight-credit codes MEVL 032 and MEVP 033 carry none, ignouproject.com prepares that handwritten set one course code at a time. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. No soft copy or PDF is sold. The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price, which on MSCCC means the English paper, because the July 2026 Common Prospectus records the medium of instruction as English. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent, and because no booklet yet exists under the MSCCC label, each of your codes is governed by whichever school published it, which decides whether you write on A4 or foolscap, answer five questions or all of them, and hand the bundle to a Study Centre or a Regional Centre. Orders go to WhatsApp +91 93546 37830 with your codes and your year.

Two Schools Date Your MSCCC Papers Differently

Three live booklets carrying MSCCC course codes were opened for this page, and they do not agree with one another about when anything is due. That disagreement is not a rumour on a study-help forum. It is printed on IGNOU’s own files, and which one binds you depends entirely on which code you are writing.

Printed on the SOET file carrying MEV-021

30 April · 30 September

The School of Engineering and Technology booklet dated January 2026, which lists MEV-021 Introduction to Climate Change and MCS-224 Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning among its electives, states the position twice. Submit by 30 April 2026 to sit the June term-end examination, or by 30 September 2026 to sit the December one. It adds that the examination form cannot be filled until the assignments are in, and that the bundle goes to your Regional Centre.

Printed on the SOITS files carrying MEV 019, MEV 024 and MEV 025

No date at all

The School of Interdisciplinary and Trans-disciplinary Studies files give a heading of January 2025 to July 2026 Sessions and, in brackets underneath, Valid from Jan 2025 to December 2026. That bracket is the only calendar fact those files commit to. It marks the month the questions stop being the right questions, not the day your pages are due. The instruction list says submission must happen within the stipulated time. It never stipulates.

Hold two separate questions apart and the confusion dissolves. Are these still the questions IGNOU will mark? is answered by the validity bracket on your own cover, and on the current SOITS files that answer is December 2026. By when must the pages reach a counter? is answered by the printed pair where your code sits in the SOET file, and by your Regional Centre where it does not. A MSCCC learner can hold a MEV-021 bundle governed by a printed April date and a MEV 019 bundle governed by no date whatsoever, in the same envelope, in the same week.

Neither file is wrong and neither cancels the other. Each governs the paper it is printed on. Dates also move within a cycle and by Regional Centre, and IGNOU has extended a June figure well past June more than once, so confirm the operative one on ignou.ac.in and with your own Regional Centre before you plan any writing. The only genuine urgency for a climate change learner is the date on their own file and the one their own centre has issued. Nothing on this page is time-limited by ignouproject.com.

One line does appear in every file read for this page, whichever school wrote it: assignments must be submitted within the stipulated time to be eligible for the term-end examination. That turns the handwritten set from a scoring exercise into an entry gate, which is the reason a missing bundle costs more than the marks on it.

Where The Thirty Per Cent On A Climate Paper Is Won

Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. On MSCCC that share is collected fourteen times rather than sixteen, because MEVL 032 Climate Change Lab Course and MEVP 033 Project Work carry eight credits apiece and no question paper between them. Sixteen credits of an eighty-credit degree sit outside assignment work altogether.

What a MSCCC learner meets across those fourteen papers is not one house pattern but at least three, because the papers were written by different schools for different programmes. The SOITS papers covering MEV 019, MEV 024 and MEV 025 print 100 marks as 5×20=100 and instruct you to answer any five. On MEV 019 the choice is five from eight. On MEV 024 and MEV 025 only six questions are printed, so the choice narrows to five from six. MSD 019 Global Strategies to Sustainable Development, which is compulsory in your first year, runs 4×25=100 and instructs you to answer every question, which removes choice entirely and lifts each answer to twenty-five marks. The SOET file governing MEV-021 tells you to attempt all questions and prints word limits of 350 words for a ten-mark question and 550 for a twenty-mark one.

That difference is felt at the desk rather than in theory. A learner who has spent a year answering any five of eight opens MSD 019 expecting to skip four questions and finds nothing to skip. A learner who plans an evening around five answers on MEV-021 finds the instruction line asking for all of them. Read the two lines above question one before you begin any MSCCC paper, because on this programme they are not the same two lines twice.

Nothing about this thirty per cent is difficult. It is simply surrendered at a desk, months before anyone sits an examination, which is what makes it the cheapest thirty per cent on the degree to throw away. Once your Study Centre transmits the figure it attaches to that course code permanently, and the IGNOU assignment status and result checker shows where it travels next.

Solved Or Handwritten: Which One Crosses The Counter

Two things are asked for in nearly the same words on WhatsApp and only one of them can be handed across a counter, so both are defined here before either is compared.

A solved assignment means model responses to one code’s question set, issued as a digital file, and meant to be studied against the blocks while you compose your own version. A handwritten assignment is the physical object the university actually collects, meaning those answers set down by hand across sheets of paper, tied per course code, and given in at the counter your own booklet names. The first is preparation. The second is the submission. Printing the first does not convert it into the second, and every booklet read for this page settles the point in its own words: the SOITS files instruct that you should write the answer in your own handwriting, and the SOET file governing MEV-021 states that these assignments submitted should be hand written in your own hand writing.

On MSCCC the gap between the two is wider than the price difference suggests, because of what the papers ask for. MEV 024 Climate Change Assessment Tools wants the stages of a life cycle assessment study set out and the spectral signatures of common earth surface features explained. MEV 019 wants Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient, Type-I and Type-II error and the properties of regression coefficients written out. MEV 025 wants the salient features of the Paris Agreement and how gender mainstreaming aids climate action. Those are answers carrying statistics, named protocols and diagrams inside them, and transcribing one off a screen without following the argument produces a legible bundle that still reads as unlearned to a counsellor marking against the blocks.

Where a reference file is the thing you actually wanted, the catalogue of IGNOU solved assignments arranged by programme and by code is the place it lives. Printing one does not turn it into a MSCCC submission, and neither product substitutes for the climate blocks IGNOU already sent you.

What ₹320 Settles On A Climate Paper, And What It Will Not

Twelve things stated flatly, before a single code reaches this number. The first six are where a MSCCC submission goes wrong. The last six are limits this page declines to soften for anybody.

One rate across seven prefixes. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. A climate legislation paper, a sustainable development paper and the machine learning optional are priced identically, even though one offers a choice of eight questions, one offers none and one comes from a different school entirely.

Two of your codes carry no paper. MEVL 032 is an eight-credit laboratory course and MEVP 033 is eight credits of supervised project work. IGNOU publishes no Tutor Marked Assignment behind either. Both are named and removed from a quote rather than billed quietly, so a list of sixteen comes back priced as fourteen.

The governing school is identified before the paper is. Because no booklet exists under the MSCCC label, each code is traced to the file that actually published it, and the instruction regime is read off that file. That is the step this programme fails at, and it is the reason a MEV-021 bundle can arrive correct in content and wrong in format.

Ordered by code, not by year. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. Two MSCCC learners in the same second year share four compulsory codes and can differ on both optionals, so the unit of ordering is the code on your registration confirmation.

Padding is resolved, not rejected. The prospectus prints MEV 021 with a space. The Post Graduate Diploma table on page 297 of the same document prints the identical course as MEV-021 with a hyphen. Whichever form you send is matched to the paper instead of being bounced back as an unrecognised code.

The instruction line decides the answer count. Any five of eight, any five of six, all four at twenty-five marks, or attempt every question with a printed word limit. That count is read off your own file before a single answer is planned, which is how a MSD 019 bundle avoids arriving three answers short.

Matched to the hand you already write in. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge. Fourteen bundles reaching one counter across a registration that may run four years is a long time for a hand to change halfway.

Whatever medium IGNOU issues. The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price. On MSCCC the July 2026 Common Prospectus records the medium of instruction as English and every live file read for this page is English, so in practice that clause resolves to a single paper rather than a choice.

A backlog code is ordinary work. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. A learner who arrived through the Post Graduate Diploma route and left one first-year code behind is answered against the questions that code’s own span printed.

Paper only, never a file. No soft copy or PDF is sold. Should an upload be demanded at your end, the scanning is yours to do from the bundle that arrives, so the inked original never leaves your possession before a receipt exists for it.

Nothing is promised about evaluation. No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU.

No courier figure, and the signature stays yours. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page. You sign the declaration on the assignment cover page, so you should read and review the content before submitting it, and satisfy yourself that it represents your own understanding of the course.

Paste the codes as your registration confirmation spells them. The reply names which carry a live question paper, which school published it, what that school asks for on paper size and answer count, and prices only the papers that exist. MEVL 032 and MEVP 033 are flagged rather than charged.

Sixteen MSCCC Codes, Eighty Credits, Fourteen Answerable Papers

MSCCC is the programme code printed on your admission record and in the Common Prospectus. The course codes beneath it come from seven prefixes rather than one: MEV on eleven of the climate and environment papers, MSD on the sustainable development paper, MEVE on two of the optionals, MIO on the smart regions optional, MCS on the machine learning optional, MEVL on the laboratory course and MEVP on the project. Seven prefixes, one degree, and an optional block reaching outside the School of Interdisciplinary and Trans-disciplinary Studies altogether.

Section 3.45 of the IGNOU Common Prospectus for July 2026 places MSCCC in that school, records eligibility as graduation in any discipline, records the medium of instruction as English, and sets a two-year minimum against a four-year maximum at ₹8,000 per year. The programme table on the fee pages records the mode as year wise across the January and July cycles, which separates MSCCC from its sibling master’s degrees in the same school: the M.Sc. in Environmental Science and the M.A. in Environmental Studies are both examined semester-wise, and MSCCC is not.

The credit columns below were added rather than trusted. Ten courses at four credits gives forty in the first year. Four compulsory theory courses at four, plus the eight-credit laboratory course, plus the eight-credit project, plus two chosen optionals at four, gives forty in the second. Forty and forty reaches the eighty the prospectus states. Counting every printed row instead, including all five optionals rather than the two you take, gives ninety-two, which is the arithmetic that tells you the optional block is a choice and not a list.

Forty credits, ten papers, and something worth knowing before you download anything: these same ten courses at these same forty credits are the entire Post Graduate Diploma in Climate Change. Section 8.43 of the same prospectus lists MEV-021 through MEV-029 and MSD-019, in that order, totalling forty credits, and section 3.45 names that diploma as the award a MSCCC learner receives on exiting after the first year. The diploma is also sold as a standalone programme. A first-year MSCCC learner and a diploma learner are therefore sitting the identical ten Tutor Marked Assignments, and the only thing separating their bundles is the programme code each writes on the cover sheet. Write yours deliberately.

Scroll the table sideways on a narrow screen to reach the credits column.

The optional row is where MSCCC stops behaving like an environment degree. MEVE 019, MEVE 014 and MEV 014 are ordinary School of Interdisciplinary and Trans-disciplinary Studies papers, and all three sit as compulsory courses inside the M.A. in Environmental Studies rather than as choices. MIO 001 belongs to the smart regions stable. MCS 224 belongs to the computer science stable and appears in the same School of Engineering and Technology booklet that carries MEV-021, where its instruction line asks you to attempt all questions to a printed word count. Choosing the machine learning optional does not just change your subject. It moves you into a second rulebook for that one paper.

The second year also prints the code MEV 019 with a corrupted title. The MSCCC table gives it as Research Methodology for Environrriental Science. The M.A. in Environmental Studies table three pages earlier, the M.Sc. in Environmental Science table, and the live booklet heading all give Research Methodology for Environmental Science. It is a character-level corruption rather than a second course, and the correct spelling is reproduced in the table above.

Sixteen credits of your degree sit in this table and none of it is assignment work. Both figures are unusual within the school. The laboratory courses on the M.Sc. in Environmental Science run at four credits each and there are three of them; MSCCC replaces all three with one course at eight. The project on the M.A. in Environmental Studies runs at six credits; MEVP 033 runs at eight, matching the M.Sc. in Environmental Science dissertation instead. Neither MSCCC code is quoted at the ₹320 assignment rate and neither should be, because there is no question paper behind either one to answer.

Conflicts Found By Reading MSCCC Tables Against IGNOU’s Own Booklets

Each item below was verified against IGNOU’s own documents before publishing, and the last group are errors on this website that are queued for correction.

  • One course code, two schools, opposite instructions. MEV-021 is compulsory in your first year. The only live booklet carrying it is a School of Engineering and Technology file written for the M.Sc. in Renewable Energy and Environment, and that file asks for foolscap paper of not very thin variety, a 4 cm margin on the left, top and bottom, every question attempted, word limits of 350 and 550 words, and submission at your Regional Centre. The School of Interdisciplinary and Trans-disciplinary Studies files carrying MEV 019, MEV 024 and MEV 025 ask for A4 with all pages tagged, any five questions answered, no word limit at all, and submission to the Coordinator of your allotted Study Centre. Both are current. Both are IGNOU’s.
  • The cover sheets do not match either. Ten fields appear on the Interdisciplinary Studies block. Alongside the obvious name and address rows it wants your cycle of admission, your programme code, the assignment code string, the course code, the course title, a contact number and a submission date. The SOET file prints seven fields and has no assignment code line and no cycle of admission line at all, asking instead for the study centre and the date on one row. Copy the block your own file prints rather than a template from a front-page page.
  • The first year of the degree is also a complete diploma. Section 3.45 lists ten first-year courses at forty credits. Section 8.43 lists the identical ten courses at forty credits as the whole Post Graduate Diploma in Climate Change, which is both the MSCCC exit award and a programme sold on its own.
  • The lateral-entry note names the wrong award. Printed directly beneath the forty-credit Post Graduate Diploma table is a footnote stating that candidates holding PGCCC from IGNOU may take lateral entry into the second year of MSCCC. PGCCC is the Post Graduate Certificate in Climate Change, a sixteen-credit award of three compulsory courses and one optional. The diploma beneath which the note sits is PGDCCC and carries forty. If you are entering the second year laterally, get the award named on your own admission letter confirmed by your Regional Centre before you order against a second-year code list.
  • The same ten codes are padded two ways in one document. The MSCCC table prints MEV 021 through MEV 029 and MSD 019 with a space and three digits. The diploma table listing the identical ten courses prints MEV-021 through MEV-029 and MSD-019 with a hyphen. The M.Sc. in Environmental Science table in the same prospectus prints the wider family as MEV 11 and MEV 17, two digits and no padding. Search both forms before concluding a paper has not been published.
  • Eight of your sixteen codes returned no published paper. MEV 026, MEV 027, MEV 028, MEV 029, MEV 030 and MEV 031, together with MEVL 032 and MEVP 033, produced no assignment file on ignou.ac.in at the time of this review. Six of those eight are taught theory courses that must eventually carry a Tutor Marked Assignment. This is what a first intake looks like from the inside, and the position changes without notice, so check on the day you order.
  • A first cohort with nothing behind it yet. MSCCC opened for admission in the July 2026 session. No cohort has reached the second year, no MSCCC term-end paper exists to revise from, and no booklet has been published under the programme code. Every statement on this page about paper format is therefore read off the file that governs your code rather than off a MSCCC file, because there is not one.
  • On this website, pending correction. An assurance of acceptance backed by a refund is still printed on the ignouproject.com front page. A fixed working-day dispatch figure is still quoted on the MMPC-001 course page. A Hindi-medium option is still advertised on the MEG assignment page for a degree the university prints in English alone. None of the three claims is repeated here, all three are wrong, and all three are queued for removal. Where any of them disagrees with this page, this page governs.

Your registration confirmation outranks any code list published anywhere, and that emphatically includes the tables above. Programme structures, course codes, submission dates and rules change, and only ignou.ac.in and your Regional Centre can confirm the current position for your enrolment. The document these tables were read from is indexed on the IGNOU prospectus archive.

Turning A MEV Number Into Bound Pages Of Ink

What follows is the sequence a MSCCC order actually moves through. Two of its five steps would not exist on a normal programme, and they are there because MSCCC owns no booklet, which turns file identification into the step everything else depends on.

  1. Every code is traced to the school that published it. Your list is matched against the sixteen codes in section 3.45, and each answerable code is then traced to the actual file carrying it, which may be an Environmental Studies booklet, a Sustainability Science booklet or an Engineering and Technology booklet. MEVL 032 and MEVP 033 are set aside with a note rather than priced. What comes back is a count of papers that exist, not a count of the codes you typed.
  2. That file’s instruction regime is read before anything is written. Paper size, margin, answer count, word limit, cover-sheet fields and submission counter are lifted from the file itself rather than assumed from the paper written before it. A MEV-021 bundle prepared to the Study Centre regime would be correct in content and wrong in every physical respect, and that is not a mistake worth discovering at a counter.
  3. The answer count is set by the instruction line, not by habit. Any five of eight on MEV 019, any five of six on MEV 024 and MEV 025, all four at twenty-five marks on MSD 019, or every question to a printed word limit on MEV-021. The count is fixed before a single answer is planned, which is how a bundle avoids arriving short.
  4. Each answer is built from the programme’s own blocks. A question on the Paris Agreement, on crop simulation models, on vector data models or on the Global Carbon Fund is answered from the units IGNOU issued, because your counsellor is marking against those units. They are published free: open them through eGyanKosh, or by the alternate Gyankosh access route when that repository is slow, with the wider catalogue indexed at IGNOU books download and the reading list itself on the study material index.
  5. Blue or black on the sheet your file names, tied per code, cover sheet unfilled. One side of each sheet, red and green left to the evaluator, key terms underlined once, a clear channel down the left edge, pages numbered through, and every diagram drawn by hand rather than printed and pasted. Each code travels as its own bundle with the cover sheet on top and deliberately blank: the cover page walkthrough and the blank front page format PDF show the layout in advance, and the wider layout rules sit in assignment format and structure.

Holding One Hand Across Fourteen Climate Bundles

Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge. A single page written normally and shot flat in good light gives enough of the slant, the letter heights and the joins you make without thinking to sustain an entire course of answers.

On MSCCC the argument for it is a matter of arithmetic and of routing. Across a registration that can stretch to four years, fourteen separate bundles land against a single enrolment number, and MEVP 033 keeps that record open after the taught papers have finished. There is a second reason peculiar to this programme: your bundles will not all reach the same counter. The codes governed by the Engineering and Technology file go to a Regional Centre and the codes governed by the Interdisciplinary and Trans-disciplinary Studies files go to a Study Centre Coordinator, so your handwriting is the one thing holding a split submission record together. The photograph is used for the order it belongs to and discarded with it.

Writing The MSCCC Set Yourself Is The Better Outcome, And None Of The Method Is Behind A Payment

Everything needed to do the work unaided is published in the handwritten assignment method, explained step by step. A finished sample IGNOU assignment shows the depth a twenty-mark answer actually reaches, the comparison of online and offline submission covers what happens once the bundles are tied, the submission walkthrough covers the counter itself, and learners writing a cognate programme in Devanagari will want the notes on writing IGNOU assignments in Hindi, which do not apply to MSCCC because the prospectus records this programme as English only. This page is for learners short of weeks, not learners short of climate science.

Two Free Utilities Built Around The MSCCC Split

Neither utility leaves the browser tab it opens in, and neither keeps anything after you close it. The first exists because a MSCCC learner can be holding a printed April date on one code and no date whatsoever on another, and the two need counting side by side. The second exists because on a programme with no booklet of its own the useful question is not what a code is called but which file governs it and what that file demands.

Free tool 1

MSCCC Paper Count And Two-Regime Cost Planner

Pick a stage or type how many MSCCC papers you are short of, then choose which instruction regime that batch falls under. The planner returns the cost at ₹320 each, the number of separate answers those papers require using the real per-paper counts rather than a flat five, a longhand estimate, and the days remaining either to the printed cut-off for the Engineering and Technology regime or to the December 2026 validity expiry for the Interdisciplinary regime.

Every option excludes MEVL 032 Climate Change Lab Course and MEVP 033 Project Work, because IGNOU publishes no Tutor Marked Assignment for either.

A whole number from 1 to 14. Fourteen is the most a MSCCC record can carry. Choosing a stage above fills this in for you.

MEV-021 and MCS 224 currently sit in the first. MEV 019, MEV 024, MEV 025 and MSD 019 sit in the second. If you hold codes in both, run the tool twice.

Pick a stage or type a paper count, choose the regime, then select Work Out Cost And Runway.

Confirm This MSCCC Total At ₹320 A Paper

This tool is guidance from ignouproject.com, not an IGNOU rule. Using it creates no obligation to order anything. The longhand figure is a planning estimate only, the two dates in the first regime are the ones printed on the Engineering and Technology booklet, and the December 2026 figure in the second regime is a validity expiry rather than a submission deadline.

Free tool 2

MEV Code To Booklet And Instruction Router

Type any MSCCC course code in any spelling IGNOU uses. The router returns the official title, the credits, the year, whether the course is compulsory or one of the five optionals, whether a Tutor Marked Assignment has been located, which school publishes the file that governs it, the assignment code form that file prints, and the paper size, answer count and submission counter that apply to it.

Spaces and hyphens are ignored and both paddings resolve, so MEV 021, MEV-021 and mev021 all reach the same paper. Read the code off your registration confirmation.

Type a code such as MEV 024 or MCS 224, then select Route This MSCCC Code.

Have This One Paper Written At ₹320

This tool is guidance from ignouproject.com, not an IGNOU rule. Using it creates no obligation to order anything. Titles and credits follow the July 2026 Common Prospectus and the routing follows the live files read for this page, and both should still be checked against the paper in your own hand.

Hunting An MSCCC Paper That Carries No MSCCC Label

IGNOU charges nothing for its question papers, and IGNOU is where yours should come from regardless of who fills the sheets. On most programmes that is three clicks. On MSCCC it is a search, because the programme index you would expect to find does not yet exist.

  1. Start at IGNOU’s own download service. Open the IGNOU assignment download service or go straight to the assignment portal and choose the Master’s Degree listing. Do not type a file address from memory, and do not accept a direct PDF link from a study-help site without opening the cover page, because the same course code is published under several filename conventions on two IGNOU hosts.
  2. Expect to search by course code rather than by programme. There is no MSCCC folder to open. Search the individual code on ignou.ac.in, both padded and unpadded, and read the cover of whatever comes back to see which programme it was written for. A file headed Master of Arts (Environmental Studies) can still be the correct paper for your MEV 024, because that is where IGNOU has published the questions.
  3. Read the programme list on the cover before the questions. This is the step that costs MSCCC learners a rewrite. The cover tells you which school issued the file, and the school decides the paper size, the margin, the answer count and the counter. Two files can carry the same course code and ask for two different physical objects.
  4. Accept that some of your codes are not published yet. Six taught codes from MEV 026 to MEV 031 returned nothing at the time of this review. If your column is empty, that is not a failed search, and your Regional Centre is the only place that can tell you what it will accept for your batch in the meantime.

With the questions in front of you, the archive of solved question papers and the previous year paper collection show how a three-hour hall treats this material differently from an assignment. Note that neither archive can yet hold a MSCCC term-end paper, because the first cohort has not sat one.

After The Counter Stamp: Where A Climate Mark Travels

The counter is a checkpoint rather than a finish line. Get the submission acknowledged in writing, and photograph or copy the pages first. Every booklet read for this page asks for exactly that, in writing, in case what you submitted is lost in transit.

From there the figure moves in three stages: the centre records receipt, the counsellor’s award goes up to the Student Evaluation Division, and only then does a number attach itself to that course code. Receipt and score sit on different screens and answer different questions, so follow the first through the assignment marks status lookup and the second through the assignment grade card explainer, with the grade card status page for a code that refuses to appear and the final grade card guide once both halves are posted. Each of those lookups opens by asking for the identifier explained on the enrolment number lookup page, and the general assignment hub covers the rest.

A MSCCC course showing as incomplete has two causes peculiar to this programme. The first is that your bundles went to two different counters, so one has been recorded and the other has not. The second is the exit award: a first-year code can be sitting under the Post Graduate Diploma in Climate Change rather than under the master’s, which is an administrative attachment rather than a missing mark. Once a course shows both its assignment mark and its examination mark, the percentage calculator and the CGPA calculator turn the pair into a figure you can read. A term-end score you want challenged goes down the revaluation route. That route touches the answer script only, so an assignment mark cannot be revalued. Wider timing sits on the IGNOU result page, the June 2026 result tracker and the postgraduate result page.

The Rest Of What A Climate Change Enrolment Needs

An assignment order is rarely the only line in a message from a climate change learner, and on a first-intake programme the other requests arrive earlier than usual because so little published material exists.

Medium, session, and the point at which a MSCCC paper stops counting. The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price. On MSCCC the July 2026 Common Prospectus records the medium of instruction as English and every live file read for this page is English, so that clause resolves to one paper rather than a choice, and any offer of a Hindi MSCCC assignment should be treated with suspicion. On sessions: a TMA paper belongs to a cycle and stops being answerable when that cycle closes, which on the current Interdisciplinary Studies files is stated as December 2026, after which the questions are replaced under unchanged course codes. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. Name the programme and the session printed on your own cover and the answers are written against the questions belonging to it.

Five Lines That Settle An MSCCC Order

There is no form on this page, no account and no login. The whole exchange runs over WhatsApp on +91 93546 37830, and the job is not finished when the courier hands the parcel across. It is finished when a stamped receipt is in your hand.

  1. Message the number with your codes. The MEV, MSD, MEVE, MIO or MCS codes exactly as your registration confirmation spells them.
  2. Your files and your total come back. Each code is matched to the file that governs it and the school that issued it, MEVL 032 and MEVP 033 are named and removed, the total is confirmed at ₹320 per subject, and delivery for your pin code is confirmed before you pay.
  3. The bound set arrives. Every code comes tied on its own with the cover sheet its own file specifies on top, deliberately unfilled. Filling the enrolment rows and signing under them is left to you, since that declaration speaks about whose understanding the pages hold and cannot honestly be signed by anybody else.

The five lines worth sending in that first message:

  • Course codes. Copy them from your registration confirmation rather than recalling them, and send the padding exactly as it appears there.
  • Year One or Year Two. MSCCC is examined year wise rather than by semester, so the year is what places your codes, and it also signals whether you arrived laterally.
  • The programme name on any booklet you managed to download. If your MEV 024 file says Master of Arts (Environmental Studies) on the cover, say so. That single line identifies the instruction regime immediately.
  • Handwriting sample. A photograph of anything you have written, should you want the set to look like your own work. Matching costs nothing.
  • Pin code, and anything your centre insists on. If your Regional Centre or Study Centre wants the question paper stapled in front or a particular cover-sheet layout, say so at the start.

Prospectus, Booklet Or Publisher: Who Said What

From the IGNOU Common Prospectus, July 2026. Section 3.45 supplied the School of Interdisciplinary and Trans-disciplinary Studies placement, the eligibility of graduation in any discipline, the English medium of instruction, the two-year minimum against a four-year maximum, all sixteen course codes with their official titles, course types and credits, the choose-any-two instruction on the five optionals, the first-year exit to the Post Graduate Diploma in Climate Change and the stated total of 80 credits. That total was confirmed by addition rather than accepted on sight: forty credits in the first year and forty in the second, against ninety-two if every printed optional row were counted instead of the two you take. The programme summary table on the fee pages supplied the year wise mode of examination and the fee. Section 8.43 supplied the Post Graduate Diploma table whose ten courses are identical to the MSCCC first year, and the lateral-entry footnote naming PGCCC. Sections 3.38 and 3.42 supplied the M.Sc. Environmental Science and M.A. Environmental Studies tables against which the code padding split and the MEV 019 title corruption were identified.

From live IGNOU assignment booklets. Three were opened rather than one, so that a template carry-over in a single file could not be mistaken for the programme’s format, and so that the two instruction regimes could be read against each other rather than assumed. The first was the Interdisciplinary Studies third-semester file for the M.Sc. in Environmental Science covering MEV 017, MEV 018 and MEV 019. The second was the Interdisciplinary Studies second-year file for the M.A. in Environmental Studies covering MEV 019, MEV 024, MEV 025 and MSD 023 among others. The third was the Engineering and Technology file dated January 2026 for the M.Sc. in Renewable Energy and Environment, whose elective list carries MEV-021 and MCS-224. Between them they supplied the 100-mark total, the marking patterns, the assignment code forms, both cover-sheet layouts, the 30 per cent weightage statement, the differently worded handwriting instructions, the paper size and margin instructions, the two submission counters, the printed 30 April and 30 September pair on one side and the validity window in place of a submission date on the other.

From ignouproject.com as publisher. The rate, the hard-copy-only rule, the medium clause, the backlog clause, the absence of a minimum order and the handwriting match are commercial choices made by this publisher alone. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. No soft copy or PDF is sold. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page. None of that is an IGNOU rule, and IGNOU has no part in any of it.
